Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.

6th May 2025 (1 year ago)Harry Pearson of the Cirencester office helped and guided us through the process. He was super efficient and we very much enjoyed working with him and his team. Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. 10th May 2024 (2 years ago)What makes Jones Robinson different? We feel they really understood the market and spared no effort in their advertising. However it is the communication that is excellent. Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms
2nd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Purchased our house 6 years ago from them and then decided that sell through them at the beginning of the year and it was the best this we did. Weekly updates and helped push the sale towards the end keeping in contact with the solicitor. Compared to other companies in the area Grayson Florence go above and beyond. We went from putting our house on the market to being in our new house in just under 4 months.

They seem to be an agent for local people and value property low for quick profit. Its hard enough selling a house in Calne what with the town smell and its demographics.The last thing you want is an agent like this

The service offered by Ben and Stewart is friendly and helpful and they always replied promptly to our questions or concerns. They clearly have great local knowledge and vast experience with the property market especially around the town. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always professional, approachable, and proactive, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier.<br>The communication from the whole team was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Then it went very quiet and I had to call to see if anything was happening and how the market was doing. Then a flurry of activity which led to an offer.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Clare and the team at Blue Leaf were very friendly and efficient from viewing to completion of our new purchase. And a very nice touch to be at the property with keys and a welcome goody bag on the day. Big thanks to everyone.
