Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Although the house we viewed with Your Move wasn’t for us, as a fellow estate agent it was really pleasing to come across a firm that does the basics well. The lines of communication and speed of response after my initial inquiry to view was spot-on and a particular mention to Charlie who met us at the viewing. Very nice chap, a refreshing laid-back approach but well informed as well. Hope to see more properties with them.
3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)First experience with Connells. Me and my partner got booked in for a viewing of a letting property . We arrived on time yet no one was there to show us around. We waited there for half a hour and attempted to make contact several times and nothing. I’m still trying to get in contact today and still nothing the viewing was now 3 days ago and I still haven’t received any further information. Please don’t expect anything if you get booked in for a viewing and just stay clear because you will end up wasting your time. From first contact with Monica through to completion with Karen, they have been attentive, genuine, extremely competent and an absolute pleasure to deal with. There is no doubt in our minds that we have ended up with a home we love thanks to their professional care. I strongly recommend using Pearsons- they will go above and beyond for you.

They are the first party involved in a sale I have ever wanted to use again. You are dealing with humans who understand the overall context of the sale, not an automated workflow of Bot like responses.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. He called me regularly to update me on viewings, he explained how the property fitted into the local market, so that I felt comfortable with the asking price. I was provided with a prompt, written valuation by Chris when I needed it quickly for Inheritance Tax purposes. When completion was coming up, Darren answered my questions on practical issues and kept me informed of progress. After a bad initial experience with another firm who produced inaccurate, unappealing marketing material at a snail's pace, it was a relief to feel in good hands and I would use Hayward Fox again if I had a property in their to sell.

25th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)These people refused to tell my the details of my landlord, which is illegal. They also refused to allow us to move onto a rolling contract so they could continue to collect the renewal fee every six months. They ended our tenancy saying the landlord wanted the house back, when we left it was back on the market with an increase in rent. We got our full deposit back and were good tenants.
