I could not give enough thanks to Zuhre Zavanna who throughout the whole process was knowledgeable as was able to help with any questions or issues we had. She was just so friendly, nice and an overall great person. She is incredible! Could not recommend E&S anymore!

Also as my property was empty and I live abroad they did help out with periodic inspections which was over and above the level of service I expected. Can’t recommend enough

4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I can not praise the staff here highly enough. To start, handling the home of a recently deceased and much loved Mother must be tough. But, the careful balance of compassion, care, professionalism and then the business was navigated with incredible skill. The ease with which the house went on the market was amazing, the pictures, description, the overall presentation was so impressive I almost bought it myself.<br>More than that though, when all was concluded the aftercare and advice was so very much appreciated.<br>I will never be able to praise or thank the team enough.<br>A particular mention to Jack and Michaela, who had to endure more than they ever should.<br>Myself and Fudge (shshsh it’s a secret) thank you, from the pieces of my heart- 7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I used Abbotts Rochford to sell my property 17 years after purchasing my property through them.From day one Ben kept me updated on potential buyers and despite delays at my end the whole process went through smoothly.I was very pleased I chose to use Abbotts again and grateful to Ben for a first class service.

They provided advice on realistic pricing and marketed the property well, securing interest and negotiating a very fair offer. When we encountered a problem with a severe water leak during the cold weather in January, our Agent, Dean Ellis, played a key role in getting the property repaired while retaining the buyer's interest. Dean really went the extra mile for us, arranging contractors, allowing contractor access to the property for us and monitoring/ emptying the dehumidifiers as it dried out. Thanks to Dean the sale was completed on 9th March.

Having sold a house before, we were expecting the process to be a bit slower, but communication was good and things moved along smoothly. They kept us updated when needed and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d happily recommend them!!

They recently sold our house and were fantastic from start to finish.<br><br>From the initial engagement and arranging the photography, through to viewings, offers and then keeping everything moving once the sale was agreed, the whole process was made incredibly easy and hassle-free from our side.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. The team were always on hand when we needed them, quick to respond, friendly, professional and proactive in following things up.<br><br>Selling a property can easily become stressful, but Bear made the entire process feel straightforward and well managed. A genuinely fantastic team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

10th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had previously used another supposedly successful/well known/etc. yawn…local agent and were underwhelmed by their lack of energy & interest in helping us sell our Thorpe Bay property. We approached Hendricks & got a very different and positive response. Hendricks are a relatively young but extremely switched-on outfit that knows it needs to perform in order to establish itself. We felt Hendricks listened to us describe our situation and stepped up to ensure an all-round improved customer experience. Brad was an incredible front man - highly responsive from start to finish. Alfie demonstrated real depth of understanding contractually and the combination of their team was highly supportive and led to a very fast offer-to-completion time of 9 weeks! In an industry renowned for its disproportionate share of empty promises we would recommend Hendricks unreservedly.
