Jessica was professional, organised, and very supportive throughout the whole process. Buying a property can be stressful, but she handled everything in a calm and efficient way, which made a real difference. She kept me updated at every stage and was always available when I had questions. Her communication was clear and timely, which helped me feel confident during the purchase. I would strongly recommend Connells Ashford team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

She promised to come back to me and she did without any follow up. She fully understood what we were trying to achieve . Look forward to working with Ellen going forwards and if this level of client service continues Ellen will definitely be a welcome addition to the team.
26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We used Sibley Pares to conduct a survey on our commercial property, right from the start they were extremely helpful! Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!

24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)My house sale completed today taking just over 8 weeks. Wards worked so hard for me, showing a lot of potential buyers the house, always keeping me updated with feedback. Mark was very professional and helpful with listing my property and often called to update me. Ollie was a great contact for me always friendly, professional and extremely helpful with putting my mind at ease with any queries. He is a great asset to Wards. Darren too was really good at keeping me updated with progress. Having Amanda keeping things moving between Solicitors was a great help and she always kept me updated with a friendly chat. The whole Hythe Wards Team have put my faith back in Estate Agents and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Using Martin Tolhurst and Abbie Oswald was an easy process with an approachable, efficient Solicitor.

We have dealt with a variety of estate agents in the area whilst looking for a house and Martin and Co were by far the best, with a highly professional and non-pushy approach that values the buyer as much as the seller. Jessica was fantastic and always at hand to help with any questions in an efficient and friendly manner. Jessica delivered an excellent level of service and is a real asset to the team. Although the purchase had no chain we unfortunately ran into a number of delays along the way. Despite the fact that we weren’t the ones paying Hunters the team were incredibly proactive in chasing things up and helping to keep the process moving forward. Their communication was exceptional – they kept us updated, responded quickly and were always helpful whenever we had questions. Buying a property can be stressful but they really helped make the process much easier for us. Freddie was interested and not rushing me to view the property was very professional and helpful agent. Next day Freddie was even getting feedback and my thoughts to feedback to the landlords.
