Jessica was professional, organised, and very supportive throughout the whole process. Buying a property can be stressful, but she handled everything in a calm and efficient way, which made a real difference. She kept me updated at every stage and was always available when I had questions. Her communication was clear and timely, which helped me feel confident during the purchase. The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.
