Selling house was never a straightforward process, but their professionalism made all the difference throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my situation, provided clear and honest advice, and developed a strategy that worked best for me. Despite the challenges we faced, Aleksa remained professional, proactive, and solution-focused at every turn. They handled negotiations with skill and honesty, kept me updated regularly, and were always available to answer my questions—no matter how big or small. Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

We met at a viewing for one place that we had found on our own, but then Claudia kept an eye out for a property that was more ideal and made sure we were able to get a place.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. 13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.
31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)We honestly couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to guide us through both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new family home.<br><br>It certainly wasn't the most straightforward sale and purchase, with plenty of challenges along the way, but from start to finish the whole team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive.<br><br>A special thank you has to go to Aaron, who was our main point of contact throughout. He was absolutely outstanding.<br>His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful for everything Aaron and the team did to help us get here. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you!

5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I have just exchanged on the sale of my house in St Margarets and couldn’t be happier with the service I received from John D Wood.<br>They introduced me to the ideal off-market buyer, meaning I was able to avoid the stress of a full marketing campaign. That said, I was also very impressed by their proposed marketing, brochures and overall approach, which I felt were superior to those offered by other agents I spoke to.<br>Daniel and Jane were both instrumental in getting the exchange over the line within a tight timeframe and were excellent throughout the process.<br>I would happily recommend John D Wood to anyone looking to sell in the area.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)A genuinely excellent experience from start to finish, highly recommended.<br><br>We had a really positive experience buying our new home through RiverHomes Chiswick.<br><br>Jack, Phillip and Liana were all incredibly helpful throughout the process. Communication was always clear and responsive, and in the final weeks especially they did a great job keeping everything moving and making sure communication flowed smoothly between us and the sellers.<br><br>Jack was particularly supportive and proactive, keeping us updated, answering questions quickly and helping make what can be a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We also really appreciated how considerate the sellers were, and the whole handover was handled beautifully, the house was clean, organised and ready for us, with a lovely welcome card and bottle of bubbly waiting when we arrived.<br><br>We’re very grateful to the whole team and would happily recommend RiverHomes Chiswick to anyone buying or selling in the area.Chase Buchanan - Hampton & Hampton Hill

Chris was completely on top of everything - and kept me on top of everything too! A really friendly team with a shout out to Jane, Andy and Nick who were also professional friendly and helpful. We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)I met Maria last year when she valued the property for probate and confirmed she could sell the house for me, sadly it took 9 months for probate and a reoccurring cancer issue on my health led to a slight delay which she handled with fantastic empathy and professionalism to understand my health issue and concerns and to work with me to make it work, i had viewings within a day of the property on market sometimes 3 in a day, always is that ok rob or how are you feeling. She got me an offer within 10days within 1% of the asking price. She was available for everything always on time kind courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If an issue arose she had it fixed that day and had my complete faith dealing with my solicitor emma at Stone Rowe brewer and they got the sale completed. No matter what I had to do she backed me and nothing was too much trouble. I sadly wont be moving again however I cannot recommend her highly enough and can as I've said many times Maria, heartfelt thanks for all of your time kind words calls messages and for making it happen. Before we put the house on the market, they came round and walked us through the numbers for our area: what similar houses had sold for and the sort of buyer who was actually buying locally. It meant we went in with a realistic price and they knew exactly who to market it to. They were right on the price and right on the buyer.<br><br>They found someone quickly, and from there they kept on top of everything. Whenever things got difficult along the way, they went the extra mile to keep the sale moving and get us to exchange.<br><br>Good people who know their market properly. We'd definitely use them again.
