Having had previous bad experiences with other estate agents in the town I know that isn't always the case. I also feel that they take a fair approach with tenants and are prompt in communicating any concerns, something that is important for me.

They supported us through the moving out process and made moving into our new home much easier and stress free. They also helped us to find our new house which we’re really grateful for. We have sold numerous properties with them over the last few years and even the difficult ones have been made easier. Quickly replied to emails. One person “David” dealing with use what made it so much easier thank you for all your help and the extra viewings we wanted . If you thinking of selling your house look at this estate agent before some of the others. No game playing , playing people off with one another just pure help and support through it all. Thank you David so so much - we can’t wait for the renovations be completed so we can finally move in.

This was always really helpful in understanding why things might not have worked out. Followed up and generated leads actively. Friendly and personal service.

The agent did our veiwings for us and he was very efficient, making sure everything was left in order. We would not hesitate to recommend David Davies.

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

She was so welcoming and answered all my questions on this lovely house. After our viewing, she took the time to highlight all the property’s key features and even put together a detailed overview of the local area, including commuting options and things to do nearby. She kept us well informed throughout the entire process and was always available for a call when we needed her. Her calm, reassuring approach made a real difference, and her support went above and beyond our expectations.
