Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Hamptons have been absolutely incredible in selling our 2 bedroom flat in Earlsfield which completed in January. Alex was extremely communicative and supportive, helping to navigate through some challenging complexities with HelpToBuy and the flats Management companies. This was handled with professionalism and knowledge, helping to make the process as stress free as possible. We are so grateful for both Mark and Alex for everything they did and all their hard work. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.
11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I recently chose Butler & Stag to find a tenant for my flat and manage the tenancy. I felt that their evaluation of the market and suggested rental price was more realistic than other agents, which meant that the lettings team secured a tenant for the flat very quickly, and their management fees are very competitive. So far my experiences with the management team looking after my property have been very positive - a direct line to someone who picks up, and communication has been responsive and reliable.
