21st Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Oliver Jacques did a fantastic service selling my flat in Bow Quarter. For work I was based far from London and they went above and beyond to enable me to sell the flat - sorting out various issues that came up without me having to travel back. I started with another agent who was not able to get nearly as many viewings, so I switched to Oliver Jacques. They were on the ball and James was arranging viewings and always willing to help. When there was a delay related to the Lease, Rosalie problem solved and pushed things forward, finding solutions and working with us to get the sale over the line. Thanks to all at OJ.
18th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a great experience working with Prabs and the team at Ashley King Estate Agents on my property sale. They were always responsive, approachable, and helpful whenever I needed anything. They also introduced me to an excellent conveyancer, which made the whole process much smoother. From start to finish, they stayed actively involved in the sale, kept me well informed, and offered very competitive rates. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prabs and his team to anyone selling their property.

23rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

Communication was excellent throughout, always clear, transparent, and timely. He was consistently positive, kind, and professional, which made a big difference. I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. From day one it was obvious how seriously he takes his work — professional, always on top of the details, and genuinely passionate about his job. He was the lynchpin in ensuring the process ran smoothly and acted as an amazing bridge between us and the buyers. I could (and did) pick up the phone to him and he would be able to offer clear guidance and practical solutions efficiently and effectively. It was pleasure from start to finish. Jill Parry was also absolutely excellent and really came through in unlocking the transaction. The whole team around Abidul and Jill were also very impressive and kept everything moving seamlessly. 13th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!

18th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Eight and a half years ago I turned to Mcdowalls to rent a house, after so many years I received notice that the landlord wants to sell the house. All this time they have been very efficient regarding the defects, supportive and understanding. Now we are signing for the second one to move into another house with them. And when I say,,ALL WITH" I mean: Lisa Brown the same person eight and a half years ago, the same person now with whom I am signing Her colleagues who make an extraordinary team, and of course I would like to thank the landlord too.
