The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

26th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I worked with Payne & Co to sell my mother's house in Barkingside. They valued the house competitively for the area, arranged many visits and managed them independently. They collated the offers and controlled the negotiations effectively gaining a price we were very happy to accept. Imran and his team were responsive and attentive and professional. I have no reservations in recommending Payne & Co if you want to sell your property.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Adele has been very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to sell my property. I would recommend her to any person wishing to sell their property. Very thorough during the process which she went through in every detail with viewings from interested people to taking photos to advertising my property online and negotiating the best price. I was impressed with all the effort Adele went to and she spent time explaining everything to me unlike other Estate Agents I spoke to. I would recommend these Estate Agents to any seller or buyer.
13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience with Faiz when responding to an ad on SpareRoom it was quickly arranged and the entire process explained in a professional and respectful manner. Made a holding deposit for one of their rooms in Bethnal Green that same day. Due to work commitments I was unable to further pursue the room the experience was great and will contact them again should things change in the future! If you are looking for a new place to rent these guys are highly recommended, good vibes, integrity and professionalism all the way. Mind that this review is my personal honest (genuine) experience with Faiz but I think I can safely say that there are some real shady people out there so to encounter an honest agency like these guys the choice is simple. I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

I’d like to say a big thank you to John and team for all their effort’s in navigating us through what is already a stressful situation but was made worse by the solicitors (please only use recommended solicitors firms). I am grateful for the teams' patience and for not chasing us every 5 minutes like the previous agents (Hun***s). Thank you once again! Wishing the firm the very best.

He arranged a same-day viewing, secured landlord confirmation within an hour, and helped us move forward immediately. He expedited the referencing process through constant contact with the agency and by verifying our documents, completing it in under 24 hours. We signed the tenancy within two days. He also ensured the inventory, cleaning, and move-in were smooth, allowing us to settle into our new home within days. We’re incredibly grateful for his support and highly recommend him.
