26th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)From the start communication was good and emails and phone calls were always responded to quickly. Rebecca was a very effective go between between buyer and seller and worked professionally.
17th May 2024 (1 year ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

They were great from start to finish — always quick to reply, super helpful, and on top of everything. They kept things moving, chased when needed, and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. Really appreciated how responsive and proactive they both were. Would happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling. Thanks again!

After a short negotiation the sale was finalised and contracts exchanged. This was the easiest sale in 30 years.- 21st Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)We sought five quotations for the sale of our house, chose John D Wood in Wimbledon and did not regret it. Peter Woods managed the process and was patient, available, knowledgeable and reassuring, acting in our interests not self-interest (as has been our experience with another agency that claims to dominate in Merton Park). Peter seemed to establish a relationship of trust with the buyers and was just what you would hope for in an agent.

From start to finish, the team handled everything with a level of professionalism and care that made the entire process stress?free. Having dealt with other agents in the past, I can confidently say this was a refreshing change. Compared to our previous experience, the team here managed every detail smoothly and efficiently, keeping me informed at every stage. Their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and I always felt that they genuinely had my best interests in mind. I’m incredibly grateful for how well everything was managed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and highly professional estate agent.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I work in property management myself, so I naturally have fairly high standards and quite a few detailed requirements. While Concept is a smaller agency and responses from some other departments were not always the most efficient, I feel it’s important to highlight Giacone’s outstanding work as a lettings agent. Giacone went well beyond simply doing his job. He actively helped coordinate between different parties and genuinely worked to maintain a good client relationship throughout the process — something that, from a professional point of view, is actually quite rare in this industry. Despite my many requests (a bit of an occupational habit, I admit), he remained patient, proactive, and solution-focused, making a real effort to push things forward and resolve issues one by one. This review is specifically for Giacone. Thank you for your professionalism, dedication, and persistence — it was genuinely appreciated.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We had a fantastic experience working with Elsa at Rampton Baseley. She was empathetic, patient, incredibly responsive, and genuinely earnest throughout the entire process. She took the time to truly understand our needs and made stressful moments feel calm and well managed. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt supported and informed - from the initial search right through to exchange. Rampton Baseley has really stand-out/high quality properties in SW, and Elsa’s professionalism and care absolutely reflect that standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and dedicated estate agent.

18th Mar 2026 (0 days ago)In the undeniably English way, I only leave reviews in extreme cases (and let’s be honest it’s usually in disappointment). But Adam at Daniel Adams Estate agents comes under the extremely rare category of excellent. I’m someone that has never sold a house before, and likes to over-research every tiny decision. The unbelievable amount of estate agents completely overwhelmed me, and I arranged an embarrassingly high amount to come and view our home. We met with a lot of very professional and nice enough people but after meeting with Adam it was an easy decision whom to trust with our big new chapter. Adam himself is warm, bubbly and so obviously passionate about his profession that it put me immediately at ease. He throughly explained everything and generously shared his vast knowledge as I plagued him with questions about the process. He is very calm, collected, didn’t oversell or put us under any pressure. He was honest and open about the current housing market, and realistic with pricing strategies. After we signed the contract (at a very reasonable rate), everything went so smoothly. Photographs were excellent, great video and drone footage on Instagram and viewings within a week. I didn’t like the idea of a lot of different agents in and out of my home, but Adam did every viewing, always accommodating the viewers and our time restraints. I trusted he would look after our home completely. He got us offers within a month, and sold at above asking in 6 weeks. After that the Daniel Adams office were phenomenal, recommendations of solicitors (who were also all excellent), surveys sorted so fast the agent we were buying with couldn’t believe it. I once rang Adam for some advice and he answered … whilst skiing! I told him off for working on holiday, but was so impressed by his professionalism and genuine care of his clients. Guy is a legend, don’t hesitate.

They worked collaboratively, listened carefully to my pricing strategy, and did not apply pressure to reduce the asking price simply to secure a quick sale. Communication was consistent and clear throughout — from listing the property all the way through to exchange — and they liaised effectively with my solicitor to keep the process moving. As a local business, they know the area well and I was pleased to support them. Overall, I felt well looked after and would happily recommend them. Thank you, James and your team!
