20th Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)Used Ashtons as was a prospective buyer of a property they marketed. Not so many issues with the office but the sales progression team were always quite slow to respond and could never get through to the assigned person to my case. Additionally used ashtons to sell my property and I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience. The problems began immediately. The agency provided an initial valuation to secure our business in July, only to suggest a £25,000 price reduction after just one week, admitting there was no interest. Despite agreeing to the reduction, it did not correlate to an increase in activity which would lead to questions around marketing and resource as Ashtons list a lot of properties. By September, they had only managed to secure two viewings. We received absolutely no feedback from either of these viewings, despite requesting it, leaving us completely in the dark. Lastly thier fees are quite opaque and if youre new to selling read through everything very carefully. In the non flex fees there are baked in withdrawal fees that ensure ashtons get paid regardless if they sell or not. Which gives them little incentive to really push your property in my opinion. The alternative is you pay money up front to them to sell your property which is preposterous. Fundamentally all the agents use rightmove to market your property and that's where most people go to find houses. In summary: an inaccurate valuation, negligible effort, a complete lack of communication, and a devious fee structure designed to charge you even when they fail to perform.

1st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.
16th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

He made the full process very smooth, proactively addressing our needs and communicating throughout. I would without any hesitation recommend Innes England and they will be my number one choice if I require any assistance with commercial properties in the future.

I can’t thank Tash and Ella enough for making my house sale run smoothly and quickly. From coming on the market it sold and completed in 11 weeks. Would highly recommend Benjamins. Fantastic solicitor recommendation as well. Thank you again for being amazing.

There has been four years with the general running of a leased property followed be the sale of the freehold. Michael and all the staff have always been extremely supportive and polite. They would always return a call and keep me updated on whatever there was to know. It’s unlikely that I will need to use them again but if I did they would be my first port of call. Carol

1st Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)Well it all started good. Then when you try to phone, your call constantly goes to voicemail. They say they return all calls, well this was not the case. At the end of the 16 week contract we split with Woodward. We thought going for a small local company would be a good idea, this was unfortunately a bad idea. We did not sell, when was got the keys returned, rather than talk to us, to have any feedback, literally they posted the keys through the letterbox and ran off. Bad experience in general. I would not recommend.

From the sales representative that answered my call with total lack of interest ,to the blatant ignoring of countless messages that I know were read but not acted on. I would certainly not list or buy a property from this company

18th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Your Move, Belper, were exceptionally helpful and professional in every aspect of the sale, from the initial valuation through to the final sale. We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos. We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner. We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.
