They follow up every viewing and update with what potential buyers say , which provides a good idea of well priced it is an how negotiations might go when a buyer is found.

He came out promptly to value my property, provided a realistic and well-informed appraisal, and made the whole process smooth and professional from the very start.<br><br>Ibraheem handled the listing brilliantly, and I’m delighted to say the property sold quickly thanks to his expertise and proactive approach. Throughout the sales progression, Rebecca was also brilliant – she was responsive, helpful, and kept everything moving forward without any stress.<br><br>If you’re thinking of selling, I couldn’t recommend Ibraheem and the Bagshaws team more highly. 29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)*Stay well clear, avoid Tomlinson Estates at all costs* My son started a tenancy with a group of other students at a shared property let via Tomlison Estates. On first entry we noted and reported that his room had a faulty / damaged window, that the extraction fan in the bathroom was not working and the Freezer compartment of a fridge-freezer was leaking as it was rammed with ice, the door was not closing and needed fixing. My son stayed in the house and his room no more than a week (or less) and moved out to another loaction. We got no help from Tomlinsons to relet the room (basically it was our problem and just pay the rent, they did not seem to care a jot) and hence the room stayed empty for the duration of the tenancy. As far as we know the faulty window and extractor fan have not been fixed (we have reported it to the landlord was the usual response). With the tenancy ending 31-July-24 I expected the deposit monies to be returned promptly in full, particularly that of my son, as he had not been living there for 95% or more of the tenancy period whilst we paid the full rent for 2 accommodations! Now in October they have returned the deposit with a large deduction for end of tenancy cleaning. Totally unacceptable.

23rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)??????????<br><br>I recently sold my home and couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the team at Royston and Lund, Westbridgford.<br>A huge thank you to David, the valuer, whose expertise and advice helped get everything off to a great start.<br>The two Nicks did a fantastic job showing people around the property—they were always professional, friendly, and great with potential buyers.<br>A special mention has to go to Alex—her negotiation skills were absolutely outstanding and played a huge part in achieving such a great result. Her expertise, confidence, and approach really set her apart.<br>Ana and Gabrielle and libby deserves a special mention too for there patience and responsiveness—they were always on hand to answer my calls and kept me updated every step of the way, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br>Finally, Lucy has been brilliant in progressing the final stages of the sale, ensuring everything continues to move smoothly towards completion.<br><br>Overall, a fantastic team effort—professional, supportive, and highly effective. Adam came to the house 4 months before we put it on the market to advise on optimising our final DIY efforts to finish the renovation. He was so helpful through the photographing stage. Starla and Darcy were brilliant communicators through viewings and the conveyancing stages. Always prompt with answers to questions and kept tabs on all stages of the process for all houses in the chain so that we always felt we knew where we were and what was next.- 26th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)From start to finish, valuation manager at Your Move; Katie Hill was so efficient in helping me to achieve my desired goal. She conducted her market research and prepared results according to my needs and the outcome was positive. She asked the right questions, provided useful information, and also gave me the opportunity to enquire further without any pressure. Katie was extremely informative, helpful, and communicated excellently throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend and utilise Katie again in future. Her professionalism and attention to detail was spot on

Their knowledge, dedication, and proactive approach made what can often be a stressful experience much smoother and easier to manage. I am concerned that the quotations provided for cleaning and painting were significantly inflated, potentially resulting in tenants being charged more than is reasonable. Greater transparency and the use of independent quotations are necessary to ensure a fair process for all parties.
