Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

Even when things became difficult and complicated, they stuck by me and continued to be helpful, patient and understanding from start to finish.<br><br>They dealt with all the complexities of my situation professionally and made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. Communication was always great, and they kept me updated and helped wherever they could.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful to both Poppy and Alex for their time, patience and effort in helping me secure my new place. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did.<br><br>I would highly recommend Poppy and Alex to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and supportive team. 5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We were given a valuation band of 200-250k (which in itself is outrageous), we were assured we could reasonably expect to receive over 225k for the property . We listed for 235 on their advice and grossly overpriced ourselves as a result. The interior photos in the listing were great, the exterior photos were unflattering and utilised drone shots on a crowded street - we had to ask for the lead photo to be changed. Proactive communication was absolutely non-existent, had to request every change in valuation, had to chase the mortgage in principle certificate, reduce the value numerous times. We only held a viewing for one couple (twice), which we had to conduct ourselves. As a result of the pricing strategy, we did not sell and lost the house we wanted. In addition, even delisting was farcical and the property was still live several weeks the agreed delisting date. Simply put, the pricing strategy was incorrect from the off and the enormous portfolio this agent holds is at a severe detriment to it's customer care.- 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Excellent service ?????? and great customer care.

Infact there before us!!<br>No pressure.<br>First property he showed us round, we felt 100% confident with him and his knowledge. He was attentive with our requirements and took on board our conversations. Thanks to Tyler he introduced us to our dream Bungalow. We have signed Contracts. The whole process took less than four months. Communication was very good and we had a few laughs along the way. He treated us like friends rather than would be buyers. Such a likable young man!!<br>We liked Tyler so much that once we put our house on the Market [with Ark, obviously!We feel comfortable he will treat possible buyers with the same expertise he did with us. They were efficient, excellent communicators, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>My house sold within 24 hours of going on the market and for more than the asking price. Despite challenges with our onward purchase and receiving very few updates from the other estate agent involved, Chloe and her team went above and beyond to chase information on our behalf and keep things moving.<br><br>Their professionalism, dedication and support made a stressful process much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

Throughout the whole process they were the most efficient and lovely people to deal with that actually went above and beyond helping us secure our sale and see it through to completion as smoothly as possible.<br>We dealt with Ross who valued our house and started the process who’s always great and then Lucy and Becky throughout the rest of the process and they were absolutely brilliant. Both absolute forces to be reckoned with and exactly who you want during an already stressful process! Have been and will continue to recommend Haus to everyone we know, thank you so much again.
