It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

3rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

I have been thrown in the position of being executer of several properties, all of which have been, and still are such hard work. Claire has found a buyer very quickly and has made the whole process so much less stressful for me.

He also introduced me to an excellent mortgage broker, Ian Marston, whose support throughout the mortgage process was invaluable.<br><br>Sarah was also wonderful and kept everything running smoothly. Throughout the group chat and the entire buying process, she kept everyone updated with any news from both my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. Their communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience much easier.<br><br>The teamwork, professionalism, and excellent cooperation between everyone involved made the whole process smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate all the hard work, dedication, and support that Sam and Sarah gave me from start to finish.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed. Stop searching, Creightons is the one!
