19th May 2021 (5 years ago)Rented a flat with them for 3 years. Very reactive when there is an issue, sending professionals to fix it within hours. No issue with getting back our deposit. Very transparent and honest, not like most letting agencies in London. I recommend.
3rd Feb 2019 (7 years ago)This estate agents manage the property I am in at the moment. I cannot fault them. They have always been on point with their services eversince I moved in. There were a few teething problems with them at the beginning but then things started to smooth out. I find myself always bothering Krishan with repair issues, he is very patient and deals with these matters very quickly and efficiently. This morning (Sunday) my hot water and heating stopped working. As soon as I text Krishan and told him he was onto an electrician straight away. Moments later the company called and told me they would be here within 30 mins. By 12 he was here and fixing the problem. All of this within 2 hours. So yes very helpful indeed so I would highly recommend them.

5th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)I was planning to visit Mansion London Limited to discuss a high-end property I found on Zoopla (which was also featured in News Shopper). However, when I searched their 15 Stratton Street address to find directions for my visit, I discovered it appears to be a virtual office and mail-forwarding service rather than a dedicated physical brokerage. This red flag prompted me to do some standard due diligence, and I ultimately decided to walk away. I checked their publicly available Companies House records (Company No. 08294606), and their most recent filings show a business in heavy debt with significant negative retained earnings, zero physical assets on their balance sheet, and relying on bank loans and overdrafts. There is a very stark contrast between the elite, luxury image they project online and the actual financial health and physical presence of the corporate entity. For anyone looking to buy or sell luxury real estate, I highly recommend doing your own thorough background checks on the corporate entity before handing over any money, signing contracts, or trusting them with high-value assets.
21st Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)I strongly advise landlords to be extremely cautious when dealing with Fair Links Estate Agents. My experience has been deeply disappointing and has resulted in significant financial loss. The company Directors, Ali Muhammad and Arif Muhammad, were friends with the tenant and looked at his interest rather than the Landlords. Throughout the tenancy, my concerns and formal complaints were repeatedly ignored. Communication was poor, emails and letters went unanswered, and I felt that issues were consistently avoided rather than resolved. The tenant Mir Ikhlaq was placed in my property, which fell into substantial arrears—over £30,000—yet despite the agent being fully aware of the outstanding amount, the deposit was released without my consent. This goes against the expectations of transparency and proper procedure under the government?approved deposit protection schemes. When the tenants were finally evicted, the property was left in an unacceptable condition, including hygiene issues and evidence of pests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fair Links Estate Agents to any landlord. I would urge others to proceed with caution and ensure they have robust safeguards in place before entrusting their property to this agency.

24th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Bought a property over a year ago through Michael Rogers - only recently came to learn of the number of issues with the property that Niall knew about when selling. Very untrustworthy - hiding key information from you and losing all sense of morals just to get a sale through.

They gave us fantastic guidance at every step of the process from getting our house ready to market through to accepting an offer. Victoria has been very flexible with viewings that fit in around us and has been excellent at keeping us up to date at every stage, including immediate feedback straight after viewings. They are passionate about New Malden and I believe offer potential buyers a great service too thorough their knowledge of all this area has to offer.

Like single mother, it s hard to find an agency who trust that you can be in time with all the payments ( even if you can afford it, they think you cannot)Harmens estate agents gave me an agreement like single mother, and more than that,they ve been there for me each time I needed.
