19th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)From the original telephone call to view a property to the lack of professionalism on the valuation of my property was an experience I will not be repeating at any price. Could not place an offer and when I enquired why the question was completely ignored. When Mark arrived to value my property I found him extremely rude and arrogant! I was incredibly grateful when he left! Totally avoid at all costs .

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Really disappointed in Jets for their lack of communication and lazy approach to business. I’d be really put off if I was a landlord listing my property with them.<br><br>I am ready to rent a property immediately and have found a suitable one listed.<br>I contacted on 17/09 about viewing the property which was available to let since August. I had to chase a response after several days and I was then offered a viewing date which was when I was away on holiday. I asked if another date was available - Jets said they would get back to me. I waited 2 weeks with no contact.<br>I have contacted again, as the house is still available, only to be offered one slot in middle of a working day next week which I cannot attend as I work.<br>There’s no option for viewings after work hours or weekends. How is anyone with the full time employment and earning requirements that Jets require to rent able to make these times!?<br><br>When I queried the time, they said that it was because one other viewing was also booked in for that day 15 minutes earlier. I asked them to confirm that they won’t accommodate another date or time as they are already making a trip to the property next Wednesday? Yes. Abysmal.<br><br>I hope the landlord sees this and realises that someone wants to rent their property in Northwich but their agents are refusing to accommodate a viewing.

19th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I take no satisfaction in saying this is a very unprofessional disorganised outfit. I let my house out through them and initially seemed ok but soon turned out to be a nightmare. Phone calls and emails are very rarely returned or answered, the guy dealing with my house…Sam is off on a Monday so everything is put on hold until he returns and he remembers to get back to you. Payments frequently late without any reason or explanation and to top it all when tenants were moving out after having given notice they left it until a month before to re advertise it which resulted in my property standing empty for 6 weeks. I’ve since changed to a much more professional firm with whom I’m very happy. In the last two weeks I’ve sent an email and spoken to someone on the phone as i needed a tax statement for the year….you won’t be surprised to discover there’s nothing been forthcoming. Avoid like the plague.

From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful.<br><br>She was very responsive, kept us informed throughout, and always communicated promptly and clearly. She was also very knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer all our questions without ever making us feel rushed.<br><br>What really stood out was how kind and approachable she was. She made the whole viewing experience relaxed and enjoyable, and we felt that she genuinely cared about helping us.<br><br>Thank you, Chanea, for your time and for making the experience such a positive one. We would be very happy to recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent in Manchester! ??????
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Prime Residential.<br><br>From the day we moved in, we experienced maintenance issues, including a leak that was never properly resolved. To their credit, Prime Residential arranged for contractors to attend on several occasions, but despite these visits, the leak continued.<br><br>What was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of communication as the situation deteriorated. Over the course of several months, we repeatedly contacted the agent about the leak, providing opportunities for the issue to be addressed. Our emails were eventually ignored, despite the problem visibly getting worse.<br><br>I have attached photos showing the kitchen ceiling progressively deteriorating over this period, culminating in its eventual collapse. This was not a sudden, unforeseeable incident after a minor issue; it followed months of an unresolved leak and repeated attempts to get the agent to take the situation seriously. My pregnant wife and one-year-old daughter narrowly avoided injury when the ceiling collapsed. It was an extremely frightening experience that should never have reached that point.<br><br>The lack of communication and handling of these maintenance issues were subsequently referred to the Property Redress Scheme, which awarded us £500 in compensation.<br><br>The entire tenancy was plagued by maintenance problems. I acknowledge that a letting agent cannot necessarily control every property issue, but they are responsible for how they communicate with tenants, follow up on contractor visits and manage ongoing problems. In our experience, this was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Unfortunately, things did not improve when we moved out. I requested that the deposit return process be initiated, but my requests were not acted upon, leaving me to discover that I could initiate the process myself through TDS.<br><br>We then faced further frustration when the checkout report raised issues that were already present at the start of our tenancy. Some items alleged to have been left behind by us were clearly visible in the original check-in inventory, raising serious concerns about whether the report had been properly reviewed before these claims were made.<br><br>After approximately three months, the agent eventually proposed a £50 cleaning deduction, a stark contrast to the broader claims initially raised. This followed considerable delays and the effort we had to make ourselves to progress the return of our deposit. The matter has been referred to TDS.<br><br>Overall, the repeated communication failures, poor management and unnecessary stress throughout our tenancy and after moving out have been extremely disappointing. Tenants should not have to repeatedly chase an agent over serious maintenance concerns or take it upon themselves to get their own deposit return process moving.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend Prime Residential.
