4th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have rented with several agencies in London but Oliver Brooks (now operating as Kenneth Lloyd’s) was by far the worst experience. Once the agreement was signed the agency stopped caring about the condition of the property. Imran the owner was so rude, had an attitude problem and spoke to tenants with complete disrespect. Despite repeated emails, serious maintenance issues were ignored- the kitchen exhaust never worked and I was told it was “not life-threatening” and to open a window lol. There was no cleaner, common areas were poorly maintained, the WiFi never worked properly, the fridge was broken, and bathroom windows would not close. Living there for a year was extremely stressful and moving is not easy or cheap for tenants who work hard for their money unlike Imran . I strongly recommend anyone considering this agency to read the reviews carefully before renting.

Definitely recommend using as they definitely stand out amongst the other agents in the market

After being accepted for a property and paying the holding deposit, we were excited and preparing to move in, only to be told last minute that the landlord had changed their mind. No empathy. What makes it worse? They cited my field of work and my partner's age(22) as the reason something they were fully aware of from the start. It felt discriminatory, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. My partner was left in tears, and we were devastated. Thankfully, we ended up finding a much better home a beautiful place with a garden by the river in Hammersmith. But the emotional damage from this experience still lingers. Edit: In the response he is still implying I have am renting properties for running a business, which is not the case this is a consiperacy they are making up. I made it clear that although I run an Airbnb business I was going to rent this place as a personal home. He is calling us liars to our face this is unbelievably disrespectful. I've always been honest and never lied and won't let a letting agent call me a liar!
26th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I agreed to a purchase for a property in Edmonton (28 Folkestone Road, N18) in November 2025. A sale memorandum was issued, a survey was arranged, my mortgage was approved, and my solicitor completed all documentation and searches. Unfortunately, the transaction has not progressed for several months due to a lack of response from the vendor and the vendor’s solicitor. Despite making multiple phone calls and visiting the Edmonton office in person, there has been very limited follow-up and no meaningful progress. The branch manager, Mark, appears to be managing the office alone and is handling a very high volume of calls, which may be contributing to delays. This seems to be a broader resourcing issue rather than an individual one. As a result, I have incurred costs for surveys, legal searches, and other fees, while my solicitor and mortgage adviser have been unable to obtain updates. The lack of communication has been stressful and has left the transaction unresolved for an extended period. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. I hope the company reviews staffing and communication processes at this branch so that clients in similar situations receive clearer updates and more consistent support.

They know the area exceptionally well, no question or concern goes unanswered and their communication is top notch. I’m planning to stay in the lovely place they’ve brought into my life, but I would choose them to represent any sale I might do in the future and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a true, expert level agency.

Great filtering to only organise visit for serious potential buyers. Efficient follow through until from initial offer till completion. highly recommended;

He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.
10th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. Sandeep was a big help indeed.

10th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)Unfortunately due to heavy traffic I was delayed. I contacted the office 3 times from 9.34am to advise them of this issue. They ignored this information and still insisting I was 45 mins late when I had already advised them of the traffic delays from the outset my appt was for 10.30. I arrived and they cancelled my appointment. Zero consideration for my time. Zero adjustments of intelligence, also refusing to let me speak to the manager. I feel sorry for the seller as I am in a great position to purchase. UPDATE - as requested by shepherds, I have indeed had a greater quality experience with Kings and P Cuffaro whose high standards and chief skill include ability to communicate their schedule and accommodate the potential buyer in order to secure a sale on behalf of the vendor. Their priority is not to argue their point but to ensure they communicate efficiently and effectively with maturity and consideration for clients and explain time scales as the buyer would not be aware from the outset of your schedule. I was actually refused and told very boldly that I could not speak to a manager and had to write in. I have attached images of my calls updating you of my journey. My 20 minute journey was 1Hr 10 mins. Not once was I told you had a 30 minute journey or a time limit not including or accommodating the 10 minutes (10.40) until my final call 5 minutes before my arrival at11.12. In a nutshell buyers and sellers beware.you can see that arguing the toss in detail on here is the priority over securing your sale!
