10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .

They understood the emotional journey and were extremely understanding, patient and supportive with the difficulties I had in the purchase of my new home.<br><br>When Joe came to evaluate my house at the start of the process I got a no nonsense, honest appraisal of the market and realistic valuation and how far it could be pushed - I could trust him. In the end it exceeded expectations.<br><br>The photography was outstanding and showed my home at it's best.<br><br>Communication throughout the journey was frequent and easy<br><br>Joe & Kate know the area very well and how best to attract the best purchasers not entertaining time wasters and focusing on purchasers who are in a position to proceed to ensure the sale has the best chance to complete.<br><br>I would highly recommend Wheelers

They had kept everyone informed and calm, and giving the impression nothing has been too much bother. We definitely would not have got to this point without their support and assistance from the valuation originally right through to completion. Thank you for your consideration, compassion, and expertise at every step.

She demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the house and was able to answer my questions confidently and thoroughly, which gave me real confidence in the information provided. She struck the perfect balance between being informative and approachable, making the whole experience enjoyable and completely pressure-free. It was clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing a great experience for potential buyers. I would highly recommend Amelie to anyone looking to buy a property!

21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

22nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

Robert Wing has been fantastic and highly recommended. His service is first class.
