18th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We didn't didn't eventually move home for personal reasons but the help we had from these people was exceptional without ever being too intrusive. They were very understanding when we didn't complete sale. So if we ever do decide to move in the future we would definitely use Bairstow Eves.

2nd Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)Tate James showed as around a business unit on a Friday and then helped us complete the following Friday. Tate provided updates well into the evenings and poked the other side to get the deal done within our timeframe. Couldn't have done it without him and very impressed by the level of service!

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love.
