We have had a great experience with Andrews. They gave us a very accurate valuation, provided us with lots of viewings and feedback and did keep us informed (although regular communication was sometimes chased). You could tell they cared about selling our house.

Amazing. We first met Andrew in the North Cheam branch when we started registering our interest in buying a house. He is very knowledgeable and provided us with loads of useful information, given it was our first rodeo.<br><br>Our agent, Jessie, showed us the properties we were interested in, taking note of our needs and interests. She was very proactive and handled our case expertly, updating us along the way and translating all the jargon used between solicitors for us, making our lives easier.<br><br>I can't recommend them enough. If anyone asks me for an estate agent/agency, you'll be my first recommendation.

As buyers with Andrews recently, we had a great experience and would expect to turn to Andrews, and Rich in Long Ashton specifically, for any further property related matters, to sell or generally. ?????????????????? Thumbs up from us.
Update June 2026
Since early 2025, Rich was in touch with buyers who might find out property of interest (we had maintained dialogue with Rich in the village since purchase). As it happened we were thinking of moving again.
Rich (Andrews) helped us again - easy process to get house prepared for sale, beautiful brochure and Rightmove content. We had two families view and both wanted it, but one could not proceed. The second bought it and we completed sale earlier this year.
Once again, all went swimmingly, great support and dialogue with Rich. We are no longer in the area but wouldn't hesitate to use Andrews again if we needed an agent, and the operated where we needed them ??????

Our sale sadly has taken 2 years through no fault whatsoever of Andrews but due to a legal issue.
Holly Turtle and Liv Stasinska
have been professional, patient and very practical in their support of us and our buyer during this extremely stressful and long drawn out process. Their advice when selling negotiation was excellent and even with the length of this transaction they have never faltered in their service and support.
Thank you both so much… we got there in the end !!!

Abby at Andrews longwell green was everything you would want an estate to be. She builds a great rapport with her customers that you know she will quickly establish similarly with potential buyers.
A great regular communicator, always have rang with feedback the day after a viewing, and when she could not get in touch with the viewer she would still ring to keep you updated.
Gave great advice on sales strategy through out the process as did the rest of the team at the office.
Prior to assigning Andrews, my house was on the market with another well known bs30 local estate for over 18 months and the house felt unsaleable, but from the moment we assigned Andrews interest in the house significantly increased, with high quality viewings and it felt like finding a buyer was just around the corner which turned out tot ve true.
Thank you Abby and Andrews Team, I could not recommend you highly enough!

Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell!
Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews.
Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed.
You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service!
We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money.
We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out.
Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.
