I had a great experience working with Isaac Biggerstaff when buying my home. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and always made sure I was well informed. He sent weekly emails with updates and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed more information.
Buying a home can be stressful, but Isaac made everything much easier by staying on top of everything and keeping me updated the whole time. I really appreciated how attentive and professional he was.

Moved into a new flat recently. Have quick replies and communication is pretty decent. Ben Gordan-Smith is noticeably helpful and has a lot of information to give. Cat did mislead us about the lift working in the apartment building. During our viewings we took the stairs. She said she had been doing viewings before us, so she would definitely know the condition of the lift. We did ask if it was working and was told yes. We even had a conversation about bringing furniture up to our floor to which she told us we could just use the lift. After speaking to the maintenance team they reckon it could be weeks or even months before the lift works. Also mislead us on the parking, but I think that was more just not being very knowledgeable on the local area. I guess that’s a learning curve to always check the lift yourself.

We have rented out property with Andrews for a few years, and have always found them to be efficient and prompt when dealing with any problems. Greg has always been very pleasant and helpful and has acted as an excellent liason between us and the tenants.

The property was not sold and the agent was not pro-active, all throughout the advertising stage, there was a lack of communication, did not receive any feedback or appointments on a monthly or weekly update, didn't even let us know, when out of office to pass us on to others whilst on holiday.

I cannot recommend Andrews Worcester Park highly enough, especially Tony, who handled the sale of my late father's property. Although the house took some time to sell due to a quiet market, Tony persevered throughout and never lost momentum. His communication was excellent and he remained friendly and professional at all times.
Where Tony truly came into his own was after the sale was agreed; he did a fantastic job supporting the buyers through the process and proactively chasing the solicitors to keep things moving. A fantastic service during a difficult time – thank you, Tony."
