Abby at Andrews longwell green was everything you would want an estate to be. She builds a great rapport with her customers that you know she will quickly establish similarly with potential buyers.
A great regular communicator, always have rang with feedback the day after a viewing, and when she could not get in touch with the viewer she would still ring to keep you updated.
Gave great advice on sales strategy through out the process as did the rest of the team at the office.
Prior to assigning Andrews, my house was on the market with another well known bs30 local estate for over 18 months and the house felt unsaleable, but from the moment we assigned Andrews interest in the house significantly increased, with high quality viewings and it felt like finding a buyer was just around the corner which turned out tot ve true.

Richard was amazing throughout the whole process. Always helpful and hardworking even when he was on holiday. We had a lot of problems need to be sorted, he always could contact with all parties and made all the problems away. Highly recommended.

My experience with Andrews Property Group is the best I've ever had in uk when comes to home rentals. They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. Excellent having one person to communicate with and who knew me and the flat inside out (and was lovely to deal with). But no offers, perhaps valued incorrectly, didn’t see enough positive change or detailed feedback and actions.
