Nicola at Connells has been fantastic throughout the sale of our property. Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.

Very quick to try to sign you up, but very slow to do anything once your house is on the market. I had a small amount of viewings and ended up withdrawing my house from the market.

Having James Manley at Connells Sherborne was an absolute privilege. It was my first mortgage as a single applicant and he made every process stress free and easy. His knowledge is impeccable, he always tries to find the right products for his clients and it truly feels personal centred. He went above and beyond and very happy I have him moving forward, he is a credit to Connells. After a particularly tough time in my life I found myself looking for a place to call home at the wrong side of 40….<br>I had the immense pleasure of letting both Isabelle and Tiffany do all the work for me. Not very good. Not very proactive and little to no feedback. Would not recommend. They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.
