Louise Mooyer has been brilliant in handling my urgent request re a repair. I reported the issue at my rented property on Sunday and on Monday, Louise arranged for the contractor to come out and complete the repair as urgent. She kept me posted throughout. Louise has shown kindness, thoughtfulness and more importantly paid attention to my request as without the repair it would be a safety issue. Thank you Louise and all the best.
