Bought my property from Connells. There were a few hiccups along the way (on my part), but as I was a FTB Georgiana was very understanding and put me in touch with the right people to get it over the line. Any time I called the office, who ever answered the call, dealt with my query there and then. I asked for a second viewing of the property as soon as it got past a certain stage, to which they called me immediately to arrange. Very lovely bunch of people and so easy to work with. Thank you all ??????

Luke at the Bletchley branch has been super helpful and done everything he said he would. I'm extremely happy with the service I received and the professionalism and knowledge he shared. I would highly recommend. The house sale went through smoothly from the very start to the completion date. I'm over the moon. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

Terrible response time and customer service. Got many details wrong, and don’t reply to emails. Also don’t care about the type of people they show round your rental properties, total lack of care for landlords. Would not recommend.

Tara Portsmouth is an absolute delight. Incredibly professional and enthusiastic. The only letting agent i look forward to hearing from! I viewed a property on the 10th and shes had me all moved in by the 27th of that same month!
Ill definitely be using connells again. And hopefully I get Tara again next time too!
