What stood out most was their reliability and attention to detail. They kept me updated throughout, handled any issues quickly, and worked closely with all parties to ensure everything stayed on track. Their friendly and supportive approach made a huge difference during what can often be a complicated experience. I’m absolutely delighted with my new home and incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received. 13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I personally dealt with Megan Stewart, property consultant at Jackson Grundy. Of course, I was/still being assisted by others like Johnny, another property During as I go through the process. our first meeting in August 2025, she was very warm and welcoming and especially reassuring that she was going to help me and my husband get the dream house we were looking for. Being a first time buyer and we were not sure of the whole process, and it appeared so daunting to say the least. Megan not helped me finding the house we finally settled for but she also put me through the most brilliant Financial Advisors at Jackson Grundy, James and Louise (who was the main financial advisor who helped me get the right Mortgage loan from our lender. Am hugely grateful to Louise as she continues to help me). I would recommend Megan any day. Never tired of my unsure state every time we went for house viewing. Never judged me and never got tired until the end. The process is still going and she is always on hand to help me. Always ready and smiling and above all happy soul!! Thank you very much Megan. 11th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

The look and feel of the company is professional, clean, fresh and friendly and this is reflected in the marketing for sales and management of BTLs - thoroughly recommend them.

He offers a fair fixed fee for his work, so no commission percentage to worry about. He kept me and my solicitor informed the entire way through the process, ensuring I had the best possible service throughout. He was always a pleasure to work with. Thanks a million Ian.

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!
