1st Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

12th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

We were encouraged on multiple occasions to increase our offers, only to be told much later that the seller was not actually in a position to proceed as they had not found anywhere to move to. Had this been made clear from the outset, we would never have increased our bids. Communication was inconsistent throughout, with long delays and changing explanations about the seller’s situation. We did not receive timely written confirmation of our offers or the seller’s responses, and only received a retrospective summary after repeatedly requesting clarity. Being pushed to increase our offer several times, only to later discover that the seller could not move forward, left us feeling that the process was driven by price rather than transparency. This lack of clarity and honesty caused unnecessary stress and ultimately led us to withdraw. He offers a fair fixed fee for his work, so no commission percentage to worry about. He kept me and my solicitor informed the entire way through the process, ensuring I had the best possible service throughout. He was always a pleasure to work with. Thanks a million Ian.

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!
