They were helpful in communications and prompt with responses. They arranged multiple viewings for us so we could measure up etc and check things with various surveys. Thank you for being so cooperative and making the process smoother!

We felt totally relaxed asking questions and the guidance given as the sale proceeded was very clear. Of particular help was the regular feedback we were given. This was so important to us and we felt we were always part of the team. From the moment Steven outlined the selling process to us, through all the detailed management by Louise, we always felt at ease, confirming that we had chosen the right team to sell our property. Moving can be stressful, but Jasmine made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. She kept me updated throughout, answered any questions quickly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always friendly and approachable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making the move-in experience positive, but Jasmine at Bridgfords really did go above and beyond. I’m very grateful for all her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to move.
15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our experience with this agent was extremely disappointing and, frankly, shocking. We initially viewed the property with the vendor, and everything seemed positive. The house was listed just under £760k. At the time, our budget could stretch to around £700k (possibly slightly more). We were told this wouldn’t be enough as there was an offer of £725k on the table, although that buyer still needed to sell. On that basis, we stepped back. Several weeks later, after running the numbers again and while our own sale was uncertain, we increased our offer to £710k. After a lengthy phone conversation, the agent told us repeatedly that £725k was the figure required for a deal and that anything below this would not be considered. We were also told the vendor was thinking of withdrawing the property from the market until spring. Once our buyer had sold again, we managed to stretch to £725k and arranged a second viewing to finalise matters. During that viewing, the vendor was surprised to hear that £725k had been presented as an acceptable figure — she stated she had never told the agent she would accept this and was actually looking for much closer to £750k. When we raised this with the agent, they denied everything that had previously been said and refused to provide call recordings to clarify the situation. When pressed, the conversation became abrupt and the phone call was cut off. Had we simply been told from the start that the vendor wanted closer to £750k, we would have accepted that and made an informed decision. Instead, we were repeatedly told that £725k was the deal figure, only to later discover this was not true. This showed a serious lack of professionalism and transparency, wasted time, and caused unnecessary stress. My advice to anyone dealing with this agent is to record your own conversations. In our case, clear discussions were later denied and no call recordings were provided when requested.

Thanks to Thomas Barker and the staff at the YEADON branch for finally getting our house sale over the line, despite the involvement of a pretty inept conveyancing solicitor on behalf of our buyer. They arranged a viewing day within a week of contacting them and produced a professional online brochure. We had 3 offers from the viewing day and literally "sold" our house within the hour. What followed was quite a long drawn out process to completion but Thomas and the other members of staff remained professional, responsive & helpful, despite my nagging :). I would definitely recommend Thomas and the Yeadon branch to any prospective clients.- 22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jessica at William H Brown. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Jessica was professional, approachable, and always kept me informed every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Her communication was excellent, she was always quick to respond, and she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome. I truly can’t recommend her enough – a real credit to the team at William H Brown!

Great value for money as the percentage fee was more than competitive. The ladies in the office were always friendly and nothing was ever too much for them. The sales progression was a smooth process and I was kept up to date every step of the way. A great experience all round, thank you.

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I'm a first time renter and have had a brilliant experience with everyone at Martin & Co Saltaire so far! Special shout out to Carol who has helped me throughout the whole process. Carol arranged the viewing for me and was present from the beginning. As a first time renter I had an abundance of questions, some of them probably a bit silly but she had so much patience with me. Carol was in constant communication from application right the way up until collecting my keys and explained everything well. Carol was also kind enough to allow me to have a second viewing once the existing tenant had moved out and when I identified a few things that might need repairing she was again fully on it and in constant communication which made me feel reassured that I could count on Martin &Co throughout my entire tenancy. Thank you Carol and the rest of the team at Martin & Co, I am very happy in my new home!

From the moment we spoke, Lee was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, instantly making the process feel smooth and well organised. When we were shown around the property, his attention to detail and understanding of what we were looking for really stood out and it gave us great confidence in both him and the company. What impressed me the most was how Lee consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire purchase. He regularly sent updates by email, often at times when I wasn’t expecting them, just to keep me in the loop and to make sure I always knew what stage we were at. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making the process as stress-free and straightforward as possible. Every time I reached out to him with a question or for an update, he was quick to respond, helpful, and always reassuring. His recommendations at every step were thoughtful, clear, and incredibly useful, and it was evident that he really knew what he was talking about. Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

The process was very long winded based on delays with solicitors and Gareth was constantly in touch with us and trying to push it all along. Highly recommended!
