Dealing mainly with Dean and Jack who I can highly recommend, great communication, efficient and very successful in selling a great number of the apartment and many off plan too. Highly recommend.

All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.
26th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Stuart was very rude from the beginning, we felt he rushed us every-time we viewed the property. We were first time buyers, so didn’t really know what to expect. we didn’t feel Stuart was professional and was quite patronising. Stuart told us when we viewed the property the first time, not to get a survey because it had recently had one and everything was fine. We did have a survey done and there were lots of things needing doing, he just wanted the house sold! He had no patience and didn’t seem interested with the important questions we asked him. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with Stuart from Adam’s and rose!

We worked together for two years and they were a great help to us during the move; in fact, the whole team supported us even whilst we were looking for a new home. I hope we have the opportunity to work together again in the future.

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!
6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Really great apartment in a superb location. Just a five?minute walk to the beach, town centre, and plenty of nearby restaurants. The outdoor area and underground parking are excellent bonuses. I’d highly recommend staying here.

11th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

Justyn is very professional, knowledgeable and has all of the necessary experience (and more) to help you with your property sale / purchase. He works with you, rather than the usual chain agency jargon you get sold. He has sold two of our properties now and definitely contributes to the smooth running of the process. He’s very involved throughout and goes above and beyond. Once again, thank you Justyn for all of your hard work.
26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!

7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Thank you to Hive & Partners in Ferndown Dorset Massive thanks to Nick Beavan who provided exceptional knowledge and support and above all great communication throughout The sale took around 5 months and there were many delays and hoops to jump through but Nick kept the momentum up and went above and beyond in order to get the sale secured and was just as pleased as us when he handed us the keys to our Cottage of dreams ……. Thank you again Nick and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and your Team Lynn Kelly at Old Cottage
