I'm slightly embarrassed to say that this was at the end of 2021/beginning of 2022, so it has taken a while for me to leave this review [embarrassed emoticon thingy!]. I said at the time I'd leave a review and the service I received was so good that i keep meaning to do it, despite the lengthy time that has passed. Well.... over 4 years later and today is finally the day! I was supported by Haydn and Kyall, (I can see on the website that Kyall is still working at Corbin). The solicitors I used were less than helpful, but thankfully the team at Corbin were able to obtain updates from the solicitors when I was being ignored. Kyall & Hayden really helped make a stressful experience much less stressful and always kept me up-to-date, even when there was no new news. I'd highly recommend Corbin and Co.

His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. We got there in the end and it was well worth the wait. Thank you Ben!

They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. They were completely transparent and the line of communication was kept open along the way with constant updates throughout. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to sell or buy a property!
23rd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Avoid at all costs. I had one of the worst experiences dealing with Palmer Snell, particularly with Adam and his team. Communication was consistently poor — calls went unanswered, updates were unclear, and overall professionalism was lacking. At the start of the purchase, Adam was extremely difficult to get hold of. Then, just two weeks before the supposed deadline, I was suddenly contacted and told everything needed to be completed by Monday. I requested a short extension until Tuesday, which he agreed to. Acting in good faith, I paid all the necessary fees to my solicitor to proceed with the purchase. However, Adam later called once (with no follow-up email or written confirmation) to inform me that the offer had been withdrawn and the property had been given to a higher bidder. This was handled very poorly and showed a complete lack of proper management and communication. As a result, I’ve lost over £1,000 in survey and legal fees — all for nothing. I would not recommend working with this agency and will certainly not be using them again. Based on my experience, the negative reviews they receive are not surprising.
31st Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

13th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Steph at Homes & steeple very quickly found me a suitable accommodation last year. They have a very smooth process when it comes to starting a tenancy aswell. Throughout the tenancy they are very helpful, with fast responses and quickly fix any small issues that occur. Overall they are a very accommodating agency, and compared to my very mixed experiences with other estate agents in bournemouth, they are by far the best, and only estate agent I would use or recommend in bournemouth.
11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

Excellent, Diligent, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Professional Service from the initial enquiry call with Terry to the viewing with Martin and the administrative stuff with Asia and Marta I felt confident and happy. Now lots of businesses do well and get 4/5 star reviews but for me the measure of a business is when there’s an issue. Team T&R are worth 10 stars all day long and definitely “Top of the Class”. There was a problem which was solved swiftly and calmly by both Marta and Terry who were exemplary in dealing with a rather stressed customer. Big thank you to you all! Highly recommend this independent business to all those looking for their next home or place to lay their hat for a while.
13th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Easy 5 stars from me... So, never been a massive fan of estate agents (sorry ??????) but Sol and Simon have been amazing from day one. Always quick to reply, punctual for viewings and answered all my silly 1st time buyer questions. Perhaps being an independent local agent makes the difference. All I can say is thanks and you'll be recommended! Hopefully won't be needing you any time soon but if I do, I won't bother with anyone else.

22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I have been their tenant for four years, during which I have seen a systematic agenda to lie, cheat, deceive, and extort. From the beginning with their adverts, where they say the property is newly renovated, except maybe this was true 10 years ago, to the end with the deposit, it's all lies, bullshit, and theater. They present it as legitimate through bureaucracy, procedures, and landlords. The landlord has hired them to do all the work that they keep saying they are always going to the landlord for. Always pushing for renewal of contracts with higher price, even when your contract is neither close to ending, nor you need a new contract. Always trying to lull you into agreeing, saying everything is ok, it's just standard practice, no need to worry. I was hoping it will all end when I move out, but I was very badly wrong. I'm fighting to get my deposit back. I moved out at the end of June, and from the way they were setting things up, and how things started to go, I started to get a very bad feeling. They have been scheming again in order to take nearly all of my deposit. After waiting 26 days, they came up with a fabricated set of charges, based absolutely on no grounds. Similarly with my other three housemates. I knew they will try to take some money, so I made sure there is nothing that they can hang on to, but they have exceeded all my expectations. They came up with a very large amount on made-up claims. They have provided no evidence of difference between the condition before and after, which would warrant the claim, because it does not exist. Almost all claims are false or not resulting from my tenancy, and if there is anything true, it should fall within fair wear and tear. I also made sure I am present at the final check out and handing over of the property, in order to discuss any issues they might want to raise. But they wanted me to stay outside the house. At the end they said everything looks ok. When I asked for confirmation of return of my deposit, they said the office will decide. A stark contrast from my previous move-outs, where someone comes, I give keys, they check, everything looks good, I get my deposit in few days. What is even more insulting, brazen, and absurd, is that they know that I have taken good care of the property. Throughout my tenancy I have even repaired things at my expense, because they would refuse to cover even the materials. I have left the property in better condition, than how I have received it. Getting into the details of each claim would be too lengthy, but as an example, they know that I'm the only person who have been cleaning the walkway, and maintaining the garden, and of course I left it in a good condition, yet they want to charge me for it. I have explained to them how every claim is baseless, and I can support almost everything with evidence, and have asked for the full return of my deposit. They are ignoring all of my arguments, and ask me to make them an offer for how much is acceptable for me to pay. I wish I had taken evidence of absolutely everything, but I just didn't expect that they would blatantly lie. They grossly abuse their unfair advantage in any way they can. Tenants agree to anything because of fear of retaliation. They don't want to risk having to move out, and they would not even submit a negative review on the internet, because they depend on them for references. Because I suspected this will happen, I asked a previous housemate what happened when he moved out. They charged him £150 for cleaning the floor, even though he cleaned and mopped it. No checks and balances provided. Later they fabricated them. He said he argued, but eventually he gave up, because it wasn't worth the stress they put him through. And I can say as well, what they put people through, and fighting them is very stressful, emotionally taxing and time consuming. These are heartless people who should not be allowed anywhere near conducting business in the UK. Edit: I got my deposit back. Hold on to your ground and don't submit to the demands and extortions.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Thanks to all the team and I have no hesitation to recommending them.

The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
