1st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Highly recommended. Matthew is a genuinely lovely man with a depth of knowledge around property and pricing. All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.

26th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Stuart was very rude from the beginning, we felt he rushed us every-time we viewed the property. We were first time buyers, so didn’t really know what to expect. we didn’t feel Stuart was professional and was quite patronising. Stuart told us when we viewed the property the first time, not to get a survey because it had recently had one and everything was fine. We did have a survey done and there were lots of things needing doing, he just wanted the house sold! He had no patience and didn’t seem interested with the important questions we asked him. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with Stuart from Adam’s and rose!

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

2nd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Beware when they try to push you into their preferred property viewing time by saying 'it might get reserved'.<br><br>This is not true. Landlords choose from a list of interested tenants so you can't reserve a property.<br><br>Then you get ghosted if unsuccessful. Is it that hard to have the courtesy to send an email informing people?<br><br>One agency to avoid in the future.

11th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.
16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)We had a terrible experience with Meyers estate agents. They were awful and didn't make any real effort to sell the bungalow. All they wanted to do was continually lower the price. An incident around security of the premises occurred and that was the final straw for us. We ended the contract early. Have now appointed 2 further agents . Would not recommend Meyers at all.

27th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)We had lived in our home for nearly 33 years and we found Sarah and Stuart very supportive and knowledgeable of the location and surrounding areas. They gave sound advice and a genuine valuation. They were very quick in answering any questions that we had and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Thank you to Hive & Partners in Ferndown Dorset Massive thanks to Nick Beavan who provided exceptional knowledge and support and above all great communication throughout The sale took around 5 months and there were many delays and hoops to jump through but Nick kept the momentum up and went above and beyond in order to get the sale secured and was just as pleased as us when he handed us the keys to our Cottage of dreams ……. Thank you again Nick and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and your Team Lynn Kelly at Old Cottage

They supported us every step of the way and the home they have built and sold to us is fantastic.<br><br>What has impressed us most, though, is that their support hasn’t stopped now that the purchase is complete. They have continued to help us with various things around the house, which really shows how much they care about providing a great service even after the sale.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Regal and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.
