I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

He has an excellent understanding of the market from both the seller’s and buyer’s perspective, which makes a real difference.<br>Communication throughout the process is always clear and consistent, and Chris is very good at keeping things moving. On a number of occasions, he has helped the process, resolving issues and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.<br>Professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris and his team.

22nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.

He was calm, level-headed and reassuring at every stage, while also being proactive and keeping everything moving behind the scenes. He communicated clearly, handled any challenges without drama and always made me feel that the sale was in safe hands. Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, but William made the whole process feel much more manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Whenever we call or email, we can be confident that whatever we need will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and Sharon is always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful.<br><br>It’s such a pleasure to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing a great service. Spencer has been a very efficient, hard working and polite agent. He is also a great communicator and always seems to be in a good mood, in spite of the difficult circumstances in which we had to work. I would recommend him to anybody as an agent.
