Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. What you get with these guys is more than an estate agency service, but rather a company that truly understands what moving home means and how it impacts everyone involved. Always professional, going the extra mile and with the most wonderful care and attention. We can't recommend them highly enough!

5th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Matt and the team were phenomenal in facilitating the sale of our flat in Hove, helping us navigate various complexities. It was a pleasure being supported by Matt on, at times, a daily basis and his calm, pragmatic approach made a huge difference in some stressful times. They also went above and beyond on a particular matter which impressed us hugely and demonstrated that it's not just about the bottom line. We will be returning to Fine & Country when we're next selling again (hopefully not for 10+ years though!).

On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!

Mark gave thoughtful advice and guidance throughout the process, marketed the property very effectively and found the right purchasers, all of which enabled the sale to be brought to a successful conclusion with a minimum of fuss. Mark kept us fully informed along the way. Great service!
2nd Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)I'm going to try to keep this short as I don't want Neil's head to explode with all the praise, but really: I can't recommend Neil Beglin and his team at Ewe Move in Brighton highly enough. I had a flat sitting on the market for a year and a half, waiting to be sold. Almost zero interest. The previous estate agents were nice people but frankly didn't have much of a strategy. Neil immediately rose to the challenge upon being instructed, managing a small but impactful renovation of the property, creating a brilliant marketing presentation (proper professional photography, CGI and persuasive copy), and managed the sales funnel like true pro. The result: a buyer found within a matter of weeks. The conveyancing took a while, but even then Neil made sure that communication flowed brilliantly between all parties involved. Thanks, Neil! Let's do it again sometime. ;)
