Kate was amazing - kind, personable, professional, reliable and across all the detail. She was on top of the whole chain and pushed it all through, and was alway at the end of the phone to help. So grateful to her and the team. Would definitely recommend Wheelers if you're looking for an estate agent.

Marc has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that things have gone smoothly. Communication is great and they have kept me informed throughout the process. Their knowledge of the local area has been really helpful. I'm hoping never to move again, but would recommend David and Co to anyone doing so!

She made what can be a very stressful process pain free and it was so refreshing to use an agency that has a personal touch. 5 stars all round!
27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Healy & Newsom, and in particular Lisa in Sales Progression, were instrumental in the successful sale of our property and the navigation of some particularly tricky and stressful negotiations. Lisa in particular provided a unique service I've never experienced before with an estate agent. Getting actively involved in the entire chain to spur on progress, while keeping me directly informed, explaining timelines/challenges and processes and even at times basically giving me therapy. She single handedly kept me sane during what became a particularly stressful sale due to personal circumstances and time pressures that the buyer utilised to their advantage, and without her help and H&N's guidance and protection I probably would have crumbled, so a MASSIVE thank you in particular to her. I also wanted to thank Simon who jumped in towards the end to help push negotiations, exchange and completion over the line. So to conclude; I can't and couldn't recommend an estate agent more than I do Healy & Newsom. Absolute legends.

We hit a couple of bumps in the road due to a complex income situation but Jack was able to find a really good solution and everything went super smoothly. He also set us up with all the required insurance policies. Definitely recommend!

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cubitt & West’s Central Brighton/Five Ways office. The team is professional yet genuinely friendly. My purchase wasn’t the most straightforward (through no fault of theirs), but Ebba, Angela and the rest of the team were consistently supportive and responsive throughout. I couldn’t have asked for more from an estate agent.

They’ve also gone above and beyond in helping members of my team secure accommodation. One staff member has already found a flat through them, and I’m currently working with them to help another. A special mention goes to Rebecca, the managing agent, who has been absolutely incredible throughout the process. Her support, responsiveness, and dedication have made everything so much easier. Thank you for all your help—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HW Estate Agents.

Thanks.- 25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I highly recommend Cubitt & West, Peacehaven who actively worked on my behalf to successfully sell my house in February 2026. Ben and Blaze carried out most of the viewings - They were professional and always followed through with seeking post-viewing feedback. The absolute STAR of the show was Shirley, who worked proactively to pull in potential buyers and who, metaphorically held my hand from the very first meeting to successful completion. Her upbeat energy and confidence around finding the ‘right’ buyer for me was reassuring, and empathic - it really helped me navigate the lows as well as the highs of the selling experience. She was always available to me, promptly returning my emails and telephone calls and really went the extra mile to get the sale done up right up to completion. She was even happy to assist me post sale, when I discovered I had left a few small items in the madness of the moving day. - she contacted the buyers on my behalf and facilitated and stored the items at the Cubitt & West office until I was able to pick them up. Shirley is absolutely brilliant in her role and, when required, goes the extra extra extra mile! Sometimes it is said that estate agents generates easy money for very little work - This was not my experience at all, every penny was earned and was excellent value for money, thank you!!

Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.
16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)As a local landlord I have used Hanover Homes as my letting agent for over thirty years, going back to when they were Wilkinsons in Elm Grove. The fact I have stayed with them for so long says more about their service than I can explain. They take the effort out of being a landlord at a very fair commission. When they book tradesmen the prices negotiated are very fair. I have other properties, outside of the area that Hanover covers and the letting agents there are permanently trying to rip me off with inflated trade prices, such that I book my own Gas certificates etc, but with Hanover I don't bother as the prices they pay are often cheaper than I can negotiate. If you would like to speak to me about their service then I have authorised them to give my email to any landlord that might be looking to improve the service they get from their current letting agency.

I moved my property to Luff & Co after terrible service at a competitor where I fell for the normal con of them indicator a higher sales price to market at. This competitors feedback was none existent where as Luff & Co kept me informed of every viewing before and after. They also advised on house dressing when the market slowed significantly. All in all a thoroughly professional service.

12th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Bryan was incredibly helpful when it came to buying our house in Peacehaven. He was friendly, communicative and supportive, especially when things changed very last minute and we were losing our minds over leased solar panels. He let us know what stage we were at consistently through the process and helped us to feel that someone was fighting in our corner when the whole process halted unexpectedly. Even if nothing had changed, he took the time to reassure us and chase up all the other professionals involved. We would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a house in the area!
6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Daisy, Kelly, Jackie, Kirsten and Bob were all brilliant during the property purchase process and kept nudging it along when things slowed down, remained patient but never lost sight and stayed encouraging when I was losing the will. After the purchase Daisy and Kelly have continued to support with my questions and concerns around those things that you find out only when you get the keys. I've felt supported through the process and after completion. I'm so grateful for the support of such a great team. Highly recommended.

His advice was always honest, professional, and really helped us make the right decisions at each stage. The marketing of our house was outstanding the photos and images were amazing and really showed the property at its best, which made a huge difference in attracting interest quickly. Communication was always clear and prompt, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. We’re so grateful for all of Phil’s hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A truly first-class service!
