This was stage one of two for me as the house would subsequently be listed. So, in many ways, it allowed me to gauge the calibre of the team as well as that of the company. I met Kevin and immediately liked his professional and courteous manner. It was then a simple process of engaging with him and the excellent team when taking the house to market. I was impressed from start to finish. The whole house selling/buying process is more protracted today than it was but we were grateful for the support at every step.

What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. I never felt like just another client or another property on their books. They took the time to understand my circumstances, offered honest advice and support, and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful and overwhelming, but they made everything feel so much easier. Our chain was quite complex, but Keira handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and constant communication. She really understood how important it was for us to move before our baby arrives and has worked incredibly hard to help make that happen. A big thank you as well to Dan, who managed to secure a buyer for our flat despite a very saturated market. We're so grateful for their support and dedication during what was quite a stressful time. They were professional, knowledgeable, supportive, responsive and reliable. Communication was excellent. Advice was on point. They were really proactive and moved things forward well, without ever creating any unnecessary stress for me. I would definitely use them again in the future and genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.

Along with Mel and the team they are by far the best agents around!<br>Their Customer Service is second to none. Excellent and clear communication at all times, availability and calls returned. They were punctual , always confirming visits, dates and times. Consistent feedback.<br>And on top of that Ross is one of the most professional and patient guys I've ever met. Complete empathy with the client, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I didn't think agents existed like this BUT they DO ??????!!<br>Thank you guys! Special thanks to Charlie who walked us through the process from start to finish.<br><br>As first time buyers there were lots of things we didn’t know but Charlie was always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions we had.
