31st Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful. In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now. A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!

11th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Browne Estates, particularly Ian and Jo. They recently sold my flat in Bromley. Communication was really good, I was kept up to date on the progress and they went above and beyond in regards to assisting with issues, questions and communication between myself and the buyer. My solicitor was dragging their heals so really appreciate everything they did to get the sale over the line.

21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Adam was helpful and gentle with my aging mother. They wanted quicker viewing dates from her but she couldn't manage to give dates right when they asked. They did line up viewings to suit her needs and came to accompany the viewers.

We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. 6th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Tried to call the agency multiple times, but no one answered, got a mobile number from the answering machine. Called the mobile number, but again no one answered... after a moment I got a text message: "Sorry, I can't talk right now", so I replied that I am interested in this and that property, blah blah blah and I asked him (probably) to call me as soon as he can... never received a call. I called one more time the next day, but of course there was no answer, so I sent another message saying that I was waiting for a call yesterday, I am still interested in the property, and can he call me asap. He replied with apologies and assurance that he will call me later to arrange the viewing for the next day... yes you guessed it, he never called. So I texted him again after 7h trying to arrange the viewing. He texted me back asking for the detail of who wants to move in, income, move in date, etc. I sent him all the details and asked him to call me next day in the morning in regards to the viewing. Next day at almost 1pm, instead of the phone call, I received a message explaining that he tried calling, but I never picked up (I did not have any missed call), and I can call him back when I am free, so I called back within 10 min... of course there was no answer... after few minutes I got a text saying that he cannot talk, because................ HE IS IN THE VIEWING!! So why did he say that I can call whenever I am free?!?! He also said he will call me in next 30 min... I am still waiting for his phone call after 3 days. I am very patient person, because everybody makes mistakes or is too busy to keep up with everything in one day, but this gentleman was obviously not taking me seriously for some reason and was very unprofessional. I usually do not even bother to give a negative comment, but tbh if I could, I could give no stars. Have a good day.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

As someone new to the country, I had many questions, and they were incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and made the entire moving process smooth and hassle-free. Our landlord was also thoughtful enough to leave us items to help us settle in, which was such a warm welcome. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.
