Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He was friendly, professional and helpful and we quickly agreed the right price to market our property. We sold within a month of the bungalow being advertised thanks to the efforts of Paul and his colleague Jeff Hopkins. The experience and local knowledge of the staff at Jeffrey Ross resulted in a quick sale for us. Very pleased!
18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

23rd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones. Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.

He was proactive throughout the sale process and responded quickly when needed. Would highly recommend him and his team for their professionalism and knowledge.

Rob is very attentive and keeps you in the loop, he has very good local knowledge too. Rob handled the sale of our house recently excellently and kept the buyers on board despite them having to wait a long time to complete. I highly recommend using Peter Mulcahy.

My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go with CPS again.

Potential buyers were identified quickly and timely updates were provided throughout the process without me needing to ask or follow up. The staff at Olivia Louise were very friendly. I particularly liked the ability to communicate through different channels which made fitting the house sale process around a busy job much less stressful! I highly recommend Olivia Louise and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

We had a very difficult buying and selling process that lasted many months with ups and downs but if it wasn’t for Charlene and Alice’s persistence, help and guidance we wouldn’t got it over the line. We’re extremely grateful for all they’ve done for us. They went above and beyond and we love our new home. I cannot give enough praise and this review doesn’t do justice to how great they’ve been throughout the whole process. Diolch! Thank you very very much!

19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)5 Stars Truly Isn’t Enough For This Agency, & Indeed The Staff.<br><br>They Measured & Photographed The House On Thursday, It Was Live On Friday, Viewings Booked For The Saturday, Second Viewing On The Sunday, And The House Sold.<br><br>I’m Not Used To Estate Agents Being So Accommodating, The Photos Are Amazing, The Communication First Class, And Even Accompanied The Second Viewing On A Sunday.<br><br>Nothing Is Too Much Trouble, If Your Looking For An Agency With Heart, Knowledge, Warmth & Empathy, Not To Mention Great Fees, You’ll Find It Here.
