They handled the sale of our late mother's house with exceptional professionalism, sensitivity and care during what was a very difficult time for our family. Their marketing was extremely effective, generating strong interest immediately and resulting in the property being sold within just one week and one day of going on the market. The team managed all viewings on our behalf, keeping the process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported and well informed. Beresfords made what could have been an overwhelming experience remarkably easy. As first-time buyers, it was really reassuring to have so much help and support from Dan throughout the whole process. Dan and his team went far beyond to help us with our purchase. They were always available whenever we needed them, incredibly supportive, and made everything feel smooth, easy, and far less stressful than we expected. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism, communication, and support were outstanding from start to finish. We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.
