Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.
12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Zoe Napier advertising triggered multiple viewings. However the initial prospective buyers were matches for other styles of property. Once this was acknowledged Zoe Napier changed the advertising words, the pictures were already sensationally good. The right words triggered even more viewings, this time real perspective buyers for our property. Once the words were changed the valuation was spot on. A sales has been agreed and Zoe Napier progress chasing has been very effective. There are 10 prospective buyers waiting to see if the sale completed.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

12th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My family rented a property through Belhus, they have experienced so many problems. The property had a number of H&S safety issues that should have been fixed prior to them moving in, but nothing was checked properly. Walls and fences falling down, windows falling out, blocked drains; the house is a total disgrace. The Managing Director, Katy Adams, is rude, patronising and has the attitude that they should be grateful when contractors attend. I have really never known anything like it! One star is a very generous rating, if zero had been an option I would have chosen that as a rating!

10th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)Robert Michael Estate Agents handled the recent sale of our house in Thundersley. They provided advice on realistic pricing and marketed the property well, securing interest and negotiating a very fair offer. When we encountered a problem with a severe water leak during the cold weather in January, our Agent, Dean Ellis, played a key role in getting the property repaired while retaining the buyer's interest. Dean really went the extra mile for us, arranging contractors, allowing contractor access to the property for us and monitoring/ emptying the dehumidifiers as it dried out. Thanks to Dean the sale was completed on 9th March.

They made everything feel straightforward and stress-free, which isn’t always the case when renting. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The property was exactly as described, and the move-in process was smooth and well-organized. I’d definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy rental experience.

They kept me updated throughout the process and were a good link for direct contact with the buyer. Their prices were also very competitive. I would recommend them and be happy to use them again.

29th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x
