9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I have to say that viewing homes with Olivia really helped dial down the stress factor involved in looking for our new home. She was friendly, engaging and courteous throughout the two visits where she met us and showed us round. I would highly recommend John Alexander Estate Agents because of the professional service we have received.
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)The whole team at Aspire were absolutely brilliant but special mention goes to Kiera who was so friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, thank you Kiera for all your help.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We had a fantastic experience with Martin throughout our house purchase. We originally went to view a different property, but Martin mentioned that another house would soon be coming onto the market. After viewing it, we fell in love with it and ultimately went on to buy it, so we’re really grateful that he brought it to our attention.

From the very beginning, Martin was knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to deal with. He was never pushy and always made us feel comfortable throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help things progress, regularly communicating with the vendors and both sets of solicitors, particularly when things were moving more slowly than expected.

Martin and his colleague Mark were instrumental in helping to keep the purchase on track when delays from the solicitors threatened to slow things down. Martin was also a great help when our structural survey raised a few points of concern, liaising with the vendors on our behalf and helping us work through the issues.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin or Ashton White to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Excellent service from start to finish, and a real credit to the estate agency. Thank you, Martin and Mark, for all your help in getting us into our new home!

29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)Excellent service from Toby during the viewing process and Sarah was amazing during the buying process and ensured solicitors were chased to avoid unnecessary delays and provided regular updates.
13th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants
25th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)We asked Beresfords in Maldon to help us sell my father’s property and from the outset we found all the team compassionate and respectful of this difficult time for us.

Nic came to value the property and we immediately felt that we had made the right decision. The team handled all the viewings for us and contacted us regularly with updates and we were so pleased to receive several offers within a couple of weeks.

Special thanks to Nic, Olivia and Neil who managed the sale through to completion.

I would highly recommend Beresfords in Maldon for their professional and expert service.
