I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.

Buying and selling a house can be stressful, but they always treated us with kindness, empathy and patience, keeping everyone informed and doing everything they could to move things forward.<br><br>What impressed us the most was how they went above and beyond when the chain was at risk. They stepped in, worked tirelessly behind the scenes and quite literally helped save the deal. She has been dealing with a particularly problematic tenant and has kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication throughout.<br><br>More recently, I received a court summons from the council relating to charges that should have been paid by the tenant. Aggie immediately took ownership of the matter, liaising directly with the council and providing all the necessary documentation to resolve the issue. Thanks to her prompt action and diligence, we did not have to attend court.<br><br>She also contacted the energy company on my behalf and ensured that my details were removed from the account, as the tenant was responsible for the utility bills. This saved me a significant amount of time and stress.<br>Aggie is professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>Her dedication and attention to detail have given me complete confidence that my property is being managed effectively. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional property manager.

From the very beginning, she kept us informed at every stage with excellent communication, always responding promptly and making sure we understood what was happening.<br><br>Our conveyancing journey was far from straightforward, with several unexpected challenges along the way. Despite this, Tiarnae remained calm, professional and proactive throughout. She went above and beyond to keep the chain together, even holding it until exchange, which was instrumental in ensuring everything progressed successfully.<br><br>Her dedication and patience in providing an outstanding service made a stressful process much easier for us. Thank you again for all your hard work and support.- 3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)After a disappointing experience with two other well known local agents (6-8 weeks each, only 4-5 viewings between them, and listings that weren't optimised to reach the right buyers), we switched to Bairstow Eve's Kenley branch; and the difference was night and day.<br>Maxine and her team brought genuine local market knowledge and a clear sense of what actually sells in the area, rather than just charts and notifications. Maxine led the sales process brilliantly, while Dianne on completions was warm, patient, and reassuring throughout; the two of them complement each other perfectly.<br>Our first open house alone brought around 7 viewings and two offers. When that sale unfortunately fell through (through no fault of theirs), they got us straight back on the market, and a second open house delivered another strong turnout despite a shifting, uncertain market. We ended up with 3 offers and a successful completion, with every hiccup along the way handled smoothly.<br>Could not recommend them highly enough, genuinely the best estate agents we've dealt with. A massive thank you to Maxine, Dianne, and the whole team for seeing us through it. It was a pleasure knowing you, and we wish you all continued success.

Eve, Lino and the team were all very helpful, responsive and fully cooperative until the end. They went above and beyond and if we sell again it will definitely be through them. Thank you!

It was not the most straightforward sale, with a number of issues arising throughout the process, but the team handled everything efficiently and professionally from start to finish.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and they were proactive in liaising between the solicitors and all parties involved to help resolve issues quickly and keep the sale moving forward. Their support, expertise, and attention to detail made what could have been a very stressful experience run as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Lukass and Steve at Langford Russell for your hard work and dedication. They react to issues quickly, they give valuable advice and their experience shows all too clearly.<br>The same goes for the Sales Team. Sam, Gill and the team also have a wealth of experience. They were always at the end of the 'phone for queries big or small. I always felt reassured after speaking to them.<br>I highly recommend Paul Meakin.

They helped us from<br>Start to finish, from negotiating, communicating with the seller and when the inevitable hurdles came (not from MV!) they helped us patiently, and made what could have been a bumpy process feel very smooth keeping both us and the seller of the property reassured and happy. They made us feel like a personal friend and not a client and were always happy to have a chat even when there were no real updates to share. I’d recommend this team completely.
