The patience, guidance and respect shown to the vendor while she needed extra help with her sale and ability to show kindness throughout the sale has been memorable and they have gone above and beyond with both the vendor and for us during our purchase with them. I would highly recommend to not only take care of your sale but also of you or relatives that may need that extra patience and guidance during a sale. We will be recommending for friends and family when their time comes to sell.

Nicola Macdonald and Grant Brown stood out as extremely efficient, professional estate agents who kept me informed at all stages of the process and who were always on hand to answer any queries I might have. They found a buyer quickly and took the pain out of what could have been a very trying experience. They were helpful and friendly and I'm extremely grateful to them. I would recommend Choices to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Kristine took her time with me and was very patient with my questions. Ended up selling the property in 4 working days! Would recommend the company and Kristine for those looking for guidance and peace of mind!

I would like to give a special mention to Corinne who was extremely helpful and just lovely to work with!- 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)After a disappointing experience with two other well known local agents (6-8 weeks each, only 4-5 viewings between them, and listings that weren't optimised to reach the right buyers), we switched to Bairstow Eve's Kenley branch; and the difference was night and day.<br>Maxine and her team brought genuine local market knowledge and a clear sense of what actually sells in the area, rather than just charts and notifications. Maxine led the sales process brilliantly, while Dianne on completions was warm, patient, and reassuring throughout; the two of them complement each other perfectly.<br>Our first open house alone brought around 7 viewings and two offers. When that sale unfortunately fell through (through no fault of theirs), they got us straight back on the market, and a second open house delivered another strong turnout despite a shifting, uncertain market. We ended up with 3 offers and a successful completion, with every hiccup along the way handled smoothly.<br>Could not recommend them highly enough, genuinely the best estate agents we've dealt with. A massive thank you to Maxine, Dianne, and the whole team for seeing us through it. It was a pleasure knowing you, and we wish you all continued success.

Eve, Lino and the team were all very helpful, responsive and fully cooperative until the end. They went above and beyond and if we sell again it will definitely be through them. Thank you!
3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Excellent estate agent.<br><br>They have recently sold my house in Shirley Park and I also brought my new home in Old Coulsdon. I can not fault them. I was lucky to find a buyer very quickly but as usual the buying process was slow, but all the way through Craig would regularly check in with me on both the purchase and sale.<br><br>I found everybody that worked there to be first class and very helpful.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them.<br><br>Thanks Craig and Lee, looking forward to having you back for a valuation once I’ve done all my planned works

24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

Adam was patient, understanding and truly did his absolute best to get me over the finishing line in a timeframe that would work for me.<br>Adam is a fantastic and a driven individual which was a pleasure to work and collaborate with. I would reccomend him anytime!

I am very happy to review and recommend this office team.<br>They were my delightfully proactive sales agents for a residential property in a town in Surrey.<br>They found a buyer - not easy these days. Then they diligently initiated and monitored every step through to a successful sale.<br>Nice people too, naturally polite, prompt communications, discussing & recommended actions and always respectful.<br>My thanks to Lauren Eagles in the lead, Fran, Oliver, Carole, Tamsin and Natasha the Marketing Consultant.<br>Hope you too are successful with C&W.

They helped us from<br>Start to finish, from negotiating, communicating with the seller and when the inevitable hurdles came (not from MV!) they helped us patiently, and made what could have been a bumpy process feel very smooth keeping both us and the seller of the property reassured and happy. They made us feel like a personal friend and not a client and were always happy to have a chat even when there were no real updates to share. I’d recommend this team completely.
