From initial valuation to completing on our sale took just 7 weeks and was incredibly stress free. Our sale was handled by Sarah who has been fantastic from start to finish. This is not a one-off experience as we have bought and sold houses through Sarah before and can honestly say that she is, hands down, the best estate agent we have ever dealt with! Sarah really knows her stuff, but above all she’s a great communicator with a human touch, which really does make both buying and selling a pleasure. We have had the best experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colebrook Sturrock.??????????

Rich who came out gave a very good impression - he knew his stuff, was reliable and we were happy with his valuation. I like the online system - for managing availability, property details and offers. We’ve had an offer accepted and it has now been transferred to Move Hub for them to proactively manage the sale.

12th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I can’t recommend Nicholas James highly enough, and in particular Sharon Francis, who has been absolutely fantastic to deal with over the past few years during our tenancy.<br><br>As a PM myself, I know how much work goes on behind the scenes to keep clients happy, and Sharon really does go above and beyond. Whenever we call or email, we can be confident that whatever we need will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and Sharon is always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful.<br><br>It’s such a pleasure to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing a great service. 28th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Cooke & Co Estate Agents, Broadstairs<br><br>My experience with Cooke & Co Estate Agents in Broadstairs was extremely disappointing. They were instructed to sell our three-bedroom semi-detached house, situated in an exclusive area,of St Peters but unfortunately failed to achieve a sale during the six months the property was on the market with them.<br><br>During this time, we also experienced significant delays and what we considered to be inadequate communication. On two occasions, prospective buyers went through the process without the necessary financial background checks being successfully completed, which resulted in considerable time being wasted.<br><br>Communication was another major issue. On several occasions, it took up to two weeks to receive a response to emails, which was extremely frustrating when trying to progress the sale of our property.<br><br>We also found that other members of the office appeared unable to make decisions without obtaining approval from one person overseeing the process, which, in our experience, contributed to further delays.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Cooke & Co was totally disappointing. We feel that six months were wasted, and the lack of communication, delays, and issues surrounding prospective buyers made the whole process unnecessarily frustrating.<br><br>The Property was listed with Wards of Broadstairs and sold within three weeks.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would not recommend Cooke & Co Estate Agents in Broadstairs to anyone<br><br>Says it all.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.

10th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
