Both Mandy and I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, support, superb advice and recommendations. Thank you for always getting back to my many emails. :-) Thank you for organising Prime Progression once the sale had been agreed, their service was also excellent. They kept us up to date at all times and alleviated us having to constantly chase as they did all of that for us, which took away all the stress allowing us to concentrate on packing and the move.<br><br>I would not hesitate in recommending you and Errington Smith, you simply have been brilliant. From offer to completion was incredibly smooth, with no friction at any time. We never want to sell in this amazing location, but if we ever do we know who we’ll use. Thanks again.

Aiden, Caitlin & the rest of the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are polite, professional and friendly when dealing with us as contractors, and we can see this is also the case with how they treat their Landlords and Tenants. It is also apparent that they keep a really good handle on the properties they manage and get all aspects of maintenance sorted when it needs to be. A very thorough and impressive agent.

Easily available on the telephone and more than willing to spend time discussing matters that crop up from time to time and always mindful of the needs of the tenant as well as the owner. Phone calls, or voice mails always then backed up with an email. Support with all elements to ensure a smooth running and quick sale. The price recommended for the property was well judged and the sale went through with no hiccups, I believe mainly due to the consistent and efficient service given by Niamh O'Donoghue at Thomas and Thomas.
