The whole process felt smooth and well organised, which took a lot of stress out of moving. ??<br><br>What has impressed us most is the level of service after moving in. Any issues or questions we’ve had since have been dealt with quickly, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about both the property and its tenants.<br><br>We’ve rented well-managed properties before, but the professionalism and responsiveness we’ve experienced here have been among the best we’ve encountered.<br><br>A special thank you to Russell and Tamara, who have been wonderful throughout. 17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)For all the tenants, you need to very be careful before you going Hilton and fox Wembley.<br>They were good to me until I moved out. Many things happened that shocked me. First, the landlord was stealing from me by creating fake gas invoices, and they were aware of this. Second, they are trying to keep all of my deposit, and not answering my calls or responding back. I was very kind to them. If i knew they were like this, I would have been more cautious with them from the beginning.

So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

18th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

9th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
