Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.
23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Be careful with your check out, they will try to screw you over and charge extortionate cleaning charges. You may as well leave the place a dirty mess, because you will be billed as if it was one anyway even if it is left with “light dusting” required

I was with another Agent earlier and they were ok but not a patch on Fine And Country, being in this instance Josh and Charlie. Impeccably professional, honest and wholly trustworthy. The transaction moved swiftly as per our requirement and exchanged within 6.5 weeks of offer agreed. Paul was great throughout the whole process - knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and never put any pressure on us. He was also very supportive keeping the sellers up to date and onside when we had an abortive sale on our side. Paul help keep the sale on track. Just a nice guy in fact. We liked him a lot.

13th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)I’ve just moved out of a flat I was renting from a private landlord, with Hadlands taking over towards the end of my tenancy. I must say I honestly wasn’t expecting, based on my experience with the very friendly, polite staff there, to be taken advantage of upon vacating the flat we had been renting for just over two years.<br><br>On the morning of our leaving, I had an end of tenancy clean booked that unfortunately was cancelled at very very short notice. So I cleaned the flat myself with a 7 month old baby in tow. Hadlands charged £110 for an oven clean which I fully accept, the oven should be professionally cleaned before new tenants move in, I had no issue at all with that.<br><br>However, they also had the cheek to charge me three hundred great British pounds to clean the flat. Sure, there were a few things I missed, I didn’t clean behind the radiators or on top of the kitchen cabinets and I didn’t clean the dust from the bathroom extractor fan. To add context to my review, I’ve attached pictures of exactly how I left the flat the morning of the last day of our tenancy, I think it’s entirely unreasonable to charge such an extortionate amount and it really put a dampener on leaving a place that was so special to us and one we took good care of throughout our tenancy.<br><br>EDIT: I have attached the invoice for the cleaning charge that apparently had nothing to do with Hadlands. Whilst Hadlands are correct that they didn’t charge me for cleaning directly, this is the charge presented to my landlord, by Hadlands, that they charged to clean the flat which obviously passed down to me at the previous tenant. I stand by my review and will not be removing it as £300 to clean the flat pictured below is an excessive and wholly unreasonable amount to charge.- 10th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)Just to say the team were so helpful and supportive

Whilst there are always hurdles with house buying and selling, the team, and especially Ben, were always on hand to help flatten them out!<br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt confident that they were on top of things, which gave us 100% assurance that things were always in hand.<br>I'd have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending them to anyone considering a house sale or purchase!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
18th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
5th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Adam, Chase and Rachel are AMAZING. We put our house in there hands. Professional and swift at answering questions we had. All the following up and chasing was done swiftly. We choose Wesoldit as they are a small independent estate agent who really do have a vested interest in doing there very best for you unlike large corporate ones. Go with Wesoldit you wont be disappointed and left frustrated. Thank you guys you are brilliant at what you do and delightful to deal with. Rachel we are going to miss your voice notes!!!
