We must give special thanks to Anthony, for his dedication to the job and ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. He was professional and approachable at all hours, whatever the query. He acted as a key negotiator and ensured the transition to completion progressed as smoothly as possible. I was out of the country for much of the process, but Anthony provided prompt support, liaising regularly with the previous owners and ourselves and assisting with each and every step. We would highly recommend their services.

Regards Berlinda.- 1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Recently had two viewings with Kelly Endean from Tim Russ in Wendover, she was so accommodating when I had issues finding the property (which was quite stressful from my perspective!). Kelly was informative when viewing two the properties but balanced with not being overpowering which can often be the case. Overall, having viewed many properties recently, my experience with Tim Russ was definitely better than others.

Lenny White was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and always made sure my questions were answered. The entire team at the agency was responsive, and supportive, which made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I truly felt supported from start to finish. I highly recommend Lenny White and all the staff at this agency to anyone looking to buy a home. They really care about their clients .

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)They say bad news travels fast but I believe good news should travel even faster, whilst my buying journey is just in its early stages, the experience I have had to date has been extrenely genuinely . My initial phone call was answered by Jack, and having coming from a sales background I find myself spotting a 'sales process' a mile off, which usually shows itself in the form of an over bearing and quite frankly off putting interaction that a lot of companies operate with. This is not the case for this company. Being able to actually have a genuine conversation with a considered person who's main concern was to find out more information so he could simply help me better. Sincere and refreshing. Whilst we havent found 'the one' yet. I have no doubt in the future we certainly will. Thank you Jack and Akeman
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.

This week Tash really excelled herself, with a tenancy change and a gap of only a week, between outgoing and incoming tenants and some maintenance issues identified on through the checkout report, Tash swiftly acted on resolving them, by efficiently communicating between me, the landlord, the maintenance service provider and the new incoming tenant. Decisions reached Tash arranged for the works to be completed tomorrow (9th Jan) ready for the new tenants moving in early next week. Great execution Tash and win win for all - happy days, for all concerned!
