11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)We had an excellent experience as first-time buyers with Brown and Merry. From the very beginning, the team was supportive, professional, and approachable throughout the whole process. We first met Ed, who guided us through our house viewings. He was very professional and well prepared, always able to give honest answers to our questions. He also played a crucial role in helping us during the negotiation of our offer. We decided to use the broker they recommended, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Hermione was extremely professional and attentive, always kind and patient with all of our questions. She worked hard to find answers and support us throughout the process. There were some difficulties and delays along the way, but she kept us informed whenever there were updates and directed us to the right people when needed. The broker also helped us arrange our insurances and our will, which was incredibly helpful at a time when there were so many things to organise. Gary handled the liaison between us and the seller, and he did a great job keeping communication clear and moving things forward. Thank you all for the great work. We would definitely use Brown and Merry again in the future if we require estate agent services. The whole team was both professional and genuinely human, understanding the emotions their clients go through during such an important process.
16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

He was full of knowledge and offered great advice and support, Jake really took the time to understand my needs and I can not recommend enough - genuinely great customer service!

9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I am extremely frustrated with this company and their lack of enthusiasm and professionalism in their efforts to sell our house. The feedback they provide is always, “They like the house, but…”. I feel they show little to no genuine interest in getting our property sold. I can attest to this based on my own experience viewing houses with them. On those occasions, they have simply stood in silence while we looked around, offering no input or effort to highlight the property’s features. I believe this lack of salesmanship is a key reason our house is not selling. After just two weeks on the market, they suggested reducing the price. When we agreed to a percentage reduction, they then dragged their heels and pushed for a further decrease, claiming the price would otherwise “look strange”. We have two young boys, which already makes arranging viewings challenging. Last minute cancellations and the failure to provide accurate information to prospective buyers continuously waste our time. Most recently, we viewed a property and were not informed that it had been sold the very next day again, a complete waste of our time.

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Our purchase of a property in Winslow through Alexander & Co was a positive experience - and Madelaine Thompson, who accompanied us for most of the journey, was always bright, positive and helpful. Others in the team stepped in when Madelaine was not available, and maintained the positive experience for us. The agent, of course, works for the vendor - but Alexander & Co had the purchaser's interests clearly in focus, and did their best to smooth over issues when they arose during the process.

We could not have asked for a smoother or more seamless sale and purchase and feel so lucky to have secured our perfect home, with your help ! Would not hesitate to recommend to all friends and family.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Cannot be happier with Kevin Henry! David Moss was super and valued our house perfectly, as it sold within a week despite it being over everyone else’s valuation. He was also very honest and we felt like he had our best interests at heart when discussing all our sale options. This really stood out compared to the other estate agents we’d had out. Then we dealt mostly with Katie Staggs and she was wonderful! I cannot recommend her enough - she was more helpful than my solicitor and offered to do more constantly to support us in selling the house. She also offered great advice when she could because sadly we were gazumped on a couple of others properties… this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. So so impressed and would definitely recommend them to a friend!
1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Recently had two viewings with Kelly Endean from Tim Russ in Wendover, she was so accommodating when I had issues finding the property (which was quite stressful from my perspective!). Kelly was informative when viewing two the properties but balanced with not being overpowering which can often be the case. Overall, having viewed many properties recently, my experience with Tim Russ was definitely better than others.

Lillie and Danielle were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were always happy to answer questions or offer honest advice. I felt confident I was in good hands the whole way through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or Chancellors to others.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Simone has been very helpful throughout the process. She is knowledgeable about both the property and the local area, always responsive, polite, and punctual for viewings. She was patient and supportive, while also helping to move a very stressful process forward without ever being too pushy, which we really appreciated. We also felt that Hunters Leighton Buzzard had some of the better listings in the area at the time we were searching. 3D modelling is an amazing idea. We would happily work with them again when the time comes :)

The whole experience was very professionally handled, communication was great and everything was calmly and efficiently dealt with. Would definitely recommend based on my experience.

Lovely personal touch to add of a wonderful hamper left.in property for us and was ideal and thoughtful when needed most full of useful items that turned out to be essential. Would recommend every time have that professional touch where they really do care. Thank you Salters 10 / 10 ????????????????????
13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I recently sold my house in Hemel and I can't recommend Orchid enough - and one person in particular: Jacob. He was on board throughout the whole process - from valuation and viewings, liaising with other agents, right through to the final sale. It makes a huge difference dealing with one person, and he was always on hand to answer my (sometimes quite daft!) questions and to offer advice. He was realistic, professional and always sensitive to my needs and requirements. He 's also an extremely nice guy - which always helps! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the quick sale of my house meant I was able to purchase my new home much more easily. I have already recommended Jacob and Orchid to friends and family in the area and I have no hesitation in spreading the word further afield. So thank you Orchid.. And thank you Jacob!

Both Adam and Rachel were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. They worked hard in getting our property listed and sold promptly. The communication was 1st class, they really went out of their way to keep us well updated and help out with everything. Even recommending local trades when necessary. They are a breath of fresh air in the industry, using WhatsApp to communicate which was so easy. We were really impressed. Thank you guys for everything you did, we really appreciate it!

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)They say bad news travels fast but I believe good news should travel even faster, whilst my buying journey is just in its early stages, the experience I have had to date has been extrenely genuinely . My initial phone call was answered by Jack, and having coming from a sales background I find myself spotting a 'sales process' a mile off, which usually shows itself in the form of an over bearing and quite frankly off putting interaction that a lot of companies operate with. This is not the case for this company. Being able to actually have a genuine conversation with a considered person who's main concern was to find out more information so he could simply help me better. Sincere and refreshing. Whilst we havent found 'the one' yet. I have no doubt in the future we certainly will. Thank you Jack and Akeman
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
