The sale was more complicated than most, with a Help to Buy transfer of equity and delays on my side that dragged things out, but Gabriela was patient, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. From the moment I met Aimee, she instantly understood what I was looking for in a home and was able to show me exactly the right house for my family. She even suggested a property I was hesitant to view, but she knew I’d fall in love with it, and she was right.<br><br>During the completion process I worked with Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped us progress our sale through a chain of five parties and four properties. She worked tirelessly, and honestly I don’t think we could have completed without her.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team.

6th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We have just sold through Quarters and due to the excellent service we received we encouraged two neighbours to sign up with them.<br>We decided to choose Quarters as we had looked at houses through multiple agents and I much preferred the no pressure attitude. Just friendly and happy to guide and answer questions with honest advice.<br>We cant stand sales pitch nonsense and Quarters definately didnt try this with us.<br>The other thing I like about Quarters is that you can speak to anyone who answers the phone, they work as a team. Unlike others where you have to wait for someone to return from lunch or finish another phone call because you have to deal with the same person.<br>They kept in touch regularly to check we were happy and once we sold they helped check in with the chain and chase if needed.<br>Highly recommend.

9th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)As a self-employed first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns so I was lucky to find Luke as a mortgage advisor. He was patiant, knowledgable, and took the time to go through all my financing options in great detail to help me understand and figure out what would be the best. I hadn't expected a mortgage advisor to be there for the entire buying process and it was very reassuring to know I had someone to answer my questions. It also worked well that, being in the same office, Luke could liase with the sales team at Brown and Merry and pass information through quickly.<br>The sales team were friendly and efficient and Maisie took me to see the property as many times as I needed. A great team who didn't pressure or rush me, but made buying my first house much more pleasant than I had thought it would be. Thank you!

She has been professional, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and supportive. Erin was equally helpful when showing me around several properties before I found the right one. From start to finish, I felt well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Ross and Colin are extremely knowledgeable and have a great understanding of the town and community.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to use Christopher Pallet for our next house move!<br><br>It’s also been lovely to see how involved they are in the local community which I have seen first hand at my children’s schools and at local charity events.<br><br>Keep up the great work!

29th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)An estate agent unlike others. From the day of valuation onwards. Gave an honest valuation with reasons instead of an over inflated number to get the job. Had the property sold within a couple of weeks and kept the communication simple all along. Most of my dealings was with Sky, she recognised quickly I prefer verbal communication followed up by email rather than just wordy emails that no one reads.<br>In all my years I would say one of the easiest estate agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Only matched by 1 other in a different area.

18th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

We choose Wesoldit as they are a small independent estate agent who really do have a vested interest in doing there very best for you unlike large corporate ones. Go with Wesoldit you wont be disappointed and left frustrated. Thank you guys you are brilliant at what you do and delightful to deal with. Rachel we are going to miss your voice notes!!!

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
