Finally we were especially impressed with their comms, always to the point and timely. Overall they set a high, reassuring standard.

Jennifer Catchpole handled our sale and she was just excellent along with all her collegues. Communication was excellent from the start and they made the whole process so much easier for us. While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.

I would like to give my thanks to Emily.<br><br>I had a difficult experience when I was locked into my apartment on a particularly hot day, called the emergency line and then had to call a locksmith. No one answered the emergency line after sending a text and leaving voicemails. They didn’t even believe the lock had an issue until their locksmith came. I was left with a bill of £180 and was promised my the agent that I would be refunded. This never happened. Worst experience ever.

I really appreciated his honesty and clear communication, which made what can be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward. The staff kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled efficiently. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend David Burr to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

20th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Molly and Andy have been nothing but amazing throughout this whole process.<br>We had a very long process of selling our house and finding our dream house with location location. Even before finding our home, Molly was checking in with us regularly. They advocated for us throughout the whole process, always welcomed when we wanted to view the house again and made the whole buying process stress free even when our selling process was a bit harder.<br>I have never come across an estate agent as good as location location and if we were to sell in the future, we would with no doubt, go with them.
