Her attitude, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. She kept us updated throughout and was always on hand to help. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future — the company is very lucky to have her.
27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)The lady who did the viewing did not show us around the property, barely said anything and acted as if us being there asking questions was an inconvenience. We were so relieved that we were not successful in renting that house so we don't have to have contact with this agency again. Appalling.

They were incredibly understanding of the challenges we faced in finding a landlord willing to accept a tenant receiving benefits. Throughout the process, they were supportive, respectful, and non-discriminatory, something we unfortunately did not experience with some other agents in the area.
