10th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

She was fast-moving, proactive and agile throughout the process, and we always felt she understood exactly what we wanted to achieve. We felt very aligned from the outset and are really pleased we chose to list our property with the Ampthill branch.

Although we weren’t their direct clients, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>We’ve dealt with several estate agents during our house search, and none came close to the level of service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you all for making our first home purchase such a positive experience!

Always, new tenants were found quickly and the house had never been empty for too long. But over and above this, FJ has always been on hand to take my calls and answer my queries and provide advice, even in potentially tricky situations. I thoroughly recommend his service if you are needing to let out your property in the Northampton area.

They are absolutely fantastic. Excellent communication. I feel that Absolute take the worry out of renting out a property for landlords. They have helped so much. And I feel they go above and beyond to find the right tenants and match them with the right properties.<br><br>They are diligent, responsive, pro-active and have great attention to detail. And a solid knowledge of the latest laws. They use excellent skilled craftsmen and I would thoroughly recommend to any landlords wanting to find and keep good tenants and take the stress out of the process. So grateful for your hardwork. From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.
27th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Young Residential is as good as it gets, I highly recommend it.<br>Duncan is professional, efficient and good to do business with.<br>He sold our house within 2 days of us placing it with the agency, and it all went smoothly until only 6 days before completion the buyer withdrew.<br>Duncan had it back on the market within hours, and it sold again the very next day. He really is good at his job!<br>His Sales Progression assistant Beccy is equally helpful, efficient & friendly, she gets things done; what more could you want?

Their expertise and knowledge of the local property market, and the sales details and photos that were done for my property showcased it perfectly. They arranged 8 viewings on the first weekend of going on the market and it was sold by the Monday! They were so supportive and kept in touch every step of the way. I would totally recommend them,thank you so much for making my house sale so straightforward.
