I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

Thank you!- 1st May 2026 (8 days ago)I highly recommend Brown & Merry in Newport Pagnell, especially Lydia Wilcock, Emily Jones and the wider team, for anyone looking to sell their home. From the very beginning, when I decided to sell my house in November, Lydia and her colleagues were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. They clearly understood the local market and gave excellent advice from day one. Despite the market being slower at the time, they successfully found the right buyers within two months, and from going on the market to completion, the full process took five months, which I was very pleased with. Throughout the process, the team kept me regularly updated on my property’s performance, including Rightmove interest, market conditions, and realistic advice around pricing strategy. Their guidance helped me sell my home as quickly as possible while also achieving the best price I could. She promised to come back to me and she did without any follow up. She fully understood what we were trying to achieve . Look forward to working with Ellen going forwards and if this level of client service continues Ellen will definitely be a welcome addition to the team.

He was always available to show us around the property while we decided if it was the right move for us and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had in purchasing this grade2 building. He liaised quickly & effectively between us & our seller keeping us all up to date at all times and answered all our questions. I genuinely felt Mark cared & thanks to him we are now settled into our new home. I highly recommend Mark.
6th May 2026 (3 days ago)If you can choose anyone to help you through the buying process, I’d HIGHLY recommend Branislav. From the beginning he has been attentive, informative and supportive in a multitude of ways. He explains everything A-Z which makes first time buyers, like myself and my partner, feel more in control and understand the process. Branislav communicates well, chases third parties for you and stands in your corner. He even called us late at night when I was asking far too many questions just to put us at ease and get a move on with things. He ensures that you get good value for money on the properties you view and in general is open and honest in all areas of property purchasing. We look forward to the rest of the journey and would thoroughly recommend Bran to anyone starting the process of getting a mortgage, or any other need - he’s more than competent, trustworthy and honest.
19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds
